The therapy made a significant difference in my life. I can now move my head and neck without any pain. I can also sleep without the travel pillow. The staff was extremely friendly and caring.

This is only my first time in physical therapy so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff are all very friendly and my therapist has been great. So far I have only had two sessions but I can start to feel a difference already.

ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS WITH THE BILLING. I WAS TOLD AT MY FIRST VISIT THAT I HAD TO PAY A COPAY WHICH I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK THAT MY SECONDARY WOULD PICK IT UP, BUT IT DID NOT SEEM TO MATTER TO HER SO I PAID IT. OVER $170. WHEN I CHECKED WITH MY SECONDARY THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE COLLECTED FROM ME. WHEN I CONTACTED CORA'S BILLING OFFICE THEY REFUSED TO CREDIT MY CARD BACK TELLING ME THEY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE INSURANCES FINISH PROCESSING JUST IN CASE THEY DONT PAY!! I AM OUT THAT MONEY NOW FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. THEN EACH TIME I COME IN FOR ANOTHER VISIT THEY TRY TO COLLECT A NEW COPAY AGAIN!! I TOLD THEM TO CHECK WITH BILLING, THAT I AM NOT PAYING ANOTHER DIME. I ALMOST DREAD COMING IN DUE TO HAVING TO DEAL WITH THAT EACH TIME. AS FAR AS THE THERAPIST GO, THEY ARE AWESOME AND I AM FEELING A DIFFERENCE JUST AFTER A FEW VISITS. THEY ARE POLITE AND A JOY TO BE AROUND.

My mom said that the therapist is great and patient with her. Mom’s main complaint is she still thinks the place is dirty! She keeps saying that it’s dirty inside and she doesn’t know if they wipe the area after each person’s session. She keeps saying the floor is dirty too.

From the first time in the office the welcome was so welcoming and also, I spoke with the therapist, and She sent me some copies of exercise I could do at home. Which was great.

The therapists kept a detailed plan of my progress and the different exercises that worked for me. It was also great to have a main therapist, but also be able to work with different therapists' styles and learn from them all. The atmosphere was always friendly and supported motivation and progress. I can feel significant improvements in my daily life with fewer restrictions from my physical concerns; I've also learned what I can do on my own to keep up my strength and ease any discomfort that arises due to my chronic condition. If I somehow unfortunately need PT in the future, I will absolutely push for a referral to CORA Midtown Savannah with my doctor. Thanks a quadrillion for your site's extraordinary administration and therapists!
