I have made tremendous progress at this facility. All of the physical therapists that assisted me and helped me were absolutely wonderful, very kind, gracious, caring, and very skilled at what they do!!

Empathetic and knowledgeable Therapists. They never run out of new exercises to try. I have had several successes with this place over the years. Now they have added Physical Therapy Assistants to help during busy times. I've only worked with one, but I would suggest she learn to stand close to and speak directly TO the patient. She left the cubicle and I thought she had gone to get something to use for my therapy, but she had wanted me to follow her. I have a hearing loss, as do a lot of elderly people, and apparently she said something to me while out in the main therapy area for me to follow her? I don't know. All I know is she finally came back to get me and then told me what to do while sitting in the chair at the semi-circular desk. It would have been more professional if she had shown and explained to me what I should do and then go sit in the chair. I don't want my name used in this overview, please. But the PTA's need to be professional like the PT's and not just sitting around talking and laughing. There are always things to do.
