The N Lakeland location was easy to get with plenty of parking and the staff was very friendly giving me exercises each visit to help with my recovery.

The entire staff was amazing—professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to helping patients recover. A special thanks to Lloyd and Krishna, who went above and beyond to help me with my lower back injury. They explained everything clearly, created a personalized plan, and kept me motivated throughout the process. I’m feeling so much better now thanks to their care. I definitely recommend their services to anyone needing physical therapy!

The physical therapists work with several people at a time. Because of that, they don't watch you to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly, even if it's your first time doing them. This is important to me because I don't want to hurt myself by doing something incorrectly. I actually hurt myself by doing one incorrectly because the therapist didn't tell me what to do with my back (I have a compression fracture) and she had walked off immediately to work with someone else. It was my first day on the floor! In addition, since they're working with several patients at a time, I have to sit there and wait a while before being told what to do next. I don't like this because I like to go in, do my exercises correctly and well, and then leave. I don't want to waste time between activities because I have to wait on the therapist to get back to me.
