The physical therapists work with several people at a time. Because of that, they don't watch you to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly, even if it's your first time doing them. This is important to me because I don't want to hurt myself by doing something incorrectly. I actually hurt myself by doing one incorrectly because the therapist didn't tell me what to do with my back (I have a compression fracture) and she had walked off immediately to work with someone else. It was my first day on the floor! In addition, since they're working with several patients at a time, I have to sit there and wait a while before being told what to do next. I don't like this because I like to go in, do my exercises correctly and well, and then leave. I don't want to waste time between activities because I have to wait on the therapist to get back to me.

I found this Cora facility friendly and fun. The therapists very knowledgeable. Lloyd did a great job working on my hand which was my main concern.

The therapists are prompt and the exercises are well planned. I never stop for an hour and that's what I want and why I'm there.

The staff are absolutely the best! I’ve had 12 surgeries in my lifetime so far and they are 1000 times better than all the rest. Thank you so much after my next surgery I will definitely be doing therapy at Cora Lakeland
