The Dr was very caring and competent. I’m so thankful I was able to be treated by him.

Evaluated and treated for thoracic pain with treatment plan that addressed the specific area affected. Treatment was effective and progress was experience during the treatment period. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable while making me feel I was the main focus of the attention.

Professional behavior from the moment I entered this CORA PT facility and with a "happy to see you" message in their multiple greetings to me. The facility appeared clean, bright, with well spaced equipment and enough room to wait my turn as indicated. A Warm greeting was given to me by Dr. Nick, PT. He calmly listened to the reason for this referral. Excellant diagnostic questions asked for specific information that were easy to answer. As therapy was initiated, he continued his assessment, with my feedback. Safety was most important and was demonstrated by his questions and adjustments were made as needed. With each return for continuing treatment, safety was the most important factor with changes in technique and immediate feedback was given to both the PTA & Dr. Nick. Positive regards given as I was leaving each visitnwith emphasis on Safety at home while performing my homework.

Evaluation and treatment of muscle spasms has been exceptional. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable in creating a treatment plan.

Caring DPT, NICK, IS A CORDIAL MAN, AWARE OF NEW CLIENT'S NEEDS. He is tailoring my therapy for the deficit listed on the referral plan as he asks questions and waits for my answers as he is being more specific with his treatment plan, as warranted. He and the PTA's and ETSU student are placing my safety as #1. They all have their listening ears on. They understand my concerns, history and what activities helped or caused pain while managing my homework between visits. They are able to accommadate my scheduling concerns as related to my sudden illness in the middle of our scheduled visits. All of the staff are pleasant, listen well and respond professionally. The physicilities are kept clean between clients as are the tools used with clients. Parking close by is readily available and the area seems a safe place to park in and to walk to the office door.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nicholas is very thorough and made me feel at ease. He was very understanding and attentive to my concerns. I usually dread when PT is recommended but I no longer feel that way after my first therapy session at CORA. I highly recommend this office and am actually looking forward to my next appointment.
