I have had a very positive experience at Cora Physical Therapy in Horse Shoe, NC. The therapists are very knowledgeable. They are friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease from day one. I have made rapid progress
as a result of their skills in physical therapy. I have already recommended Cora to my orthopedic doctor and several friends and will continue to do so.

The whole CORA team treated me like a friend during intake, evaluation, and treatment. Treatment of my fasciitis was more effective than cortisone injections in reducing pain beginning with the first treatment. If you need physical therapy, I recommend you try them. I know you’ll be treated as well as I was.

I received the best care at Cora. I was treated with respect, was always spoken to by all Cora employees. I was comfortable going there and using the equipment. I was disappointed to see my therapy come to an end.

Robert and the staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable of how to treat symptoms one has. The treatment and exercises have strengthened my lower back and have relieved the pain. I highly recommend Cora Physical Therapy.

I arrived at Cora with intermittent leg pain from an unknown cause. I left after my first treatment with a diagnosis. After a week I could tell it was the right answer.
After three weeks I was pain free.
The whole staff are amazing. So friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Cora to my friends and family. Thank you Robert, Jasmine, Ashley and Linda. 🥰

I had a strained muscle in my hip area thst wouldn't go away, and CORA helped me beat it. They have all the equipment needed and everyone there is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I was very impressed with Blake, a P.T. student whose expertise determined the muscle involved and what exercises were needed to take care of the problem. Kudos to CORA!

Excellent staff! The physical therapists
Robert, Jasmine and Ashley were very responsive to my physical issues. They developed a great comprehensive plan to get me back on my and playing golf. They work as a team and all are able to treat me during the individual appointments. My experience was exceptional and I acheived my recovery goals. I believe that the people make the difference, and it shows in thier care and devotion!

I am extremely pleased with the quality of therapy I have received at CORA HVL The staff is highly trained, knowledgeable, and motivated. Having experienced several PT facilities, I definitely feel this one to be the best-a warm,friendly,welcoming, & supportive atmosphere

I’m so thankful to the staff for all that they’ve done to help me ambulate after my total knee replacement. They were all very helpful and supportive during my recovery. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of professionals. I loved the small family oriented environment which made me feel comfortable.

Everyone was very supportive. They followed the PT protocols as assigned by the surgeon, as well as providing me with home exercises. The atmosphere was very friendly and homey.
