Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jen and Ellie were great. I also want to thank the receptionist, Betty Jo, for all her help with scheduling and receipts.

I have had a great experience so far. The PT are very caring and always inquire as to how you feel during and after your each of the routine treatments, I like that each time I have been they treatment plan has been different to address my pain areas.

HAD A FULL KNEE REPLACEMENT DONE!!! USING PT TO ACCLIMATE KNEE BACK TO HEALTH AND NORMAL FUNCTION!!!! PT IS A CHALLENGE - BUT WILL ACHIEVE END RESULT!!! WORKING WITH PT - WE'LL END UP FINE!!!!

I spent 12 weeks there and made progress every week. The ladies were very gentle and caring. I would go back if I needed to but hopefully I won’t have to.

I was encouraged to push myself and to test and expand my abilities. Fallon and Jen did not treat me as a number; ( number of weeks post surgery). My treatment was identified specifically to me. As much as you can “enjoy” physical therapy- these ladies made it a GREAT experience.

A very happy environment for healing. Hopefully I’ll be able to go back with my next shoulder replacement. With their understanding of what therapy I needed I believe I am advanced in movement because of their knowledge. Overall thumbs up.

I had a positive experience with all the staff at Grand Traverse location. From front desk to the therapy l was very impressed with how well they all work together while they are seeing multiple patients.
They all keep a very upbeat attitude, & their professionalism is second to none. The only thing I would wish for them is to have more space to work in.

I've been helped by Tyler, Jen and Cari who were very kind and attentive during my sessions so far. The receptionist Betty is quite efficient and helps everyone with a smile and a positive attitude.

Staff is professional and friendly. The team works well together. There is a real positive atmosphere in the facility. I feel I got great care. I have been to this facility for 3 different area of treatment and got great results every time. I recommend this facility to anyone who asks me about physical therapy.
