The PT (Caroline) is great, and my therapy is working. My experience with the front desk not so much. Two young women at the front desk… not sure why you need two… are not very welcoming or friendly. When I arrive, one of the women flatly says “have you checked in?” and then tells me that I can check-in on my phone, and take a seat. No indication if my PT is in, or running on time etc.. On my first appt, my PT Caroline was double booked with another patient and I, and when I asked the front desk about it, I was told that I must have made a mistake in booking the appt. Really?! Also, why do you send the check-in notices just 30 minutes before check-in? I am already in the car going to the appt and can’t take advantage of the pre-appt check-in. Why not the evening prior to the appt? I imagine that this is not the first time you heard about this. Anyway, it is simply poor customer service.

Carolyn was my therapist for virtually all my treatments. She is absolutely wonderful. She very carefully laid out an excellent plan for my recovery which was difficult enough to keep me improving and yet not so difficult that I became discouraged. I truly could not be more pleased.

I have to say that I have been to different therapist in my life and I’m 77 yrs. old. Cora at Pine Ridge Rd & Collier is the best one that I’ve I attended. They spend the whole hr with you & they really do care for us. Everyone is very professional & friendly. Luz Matias

I worked with five different Physical Therapists, two were PT,one was PTA and two others were interns. They were all wonderful! They are focused on providing great service, attention and care.

All the PT’s at Cora are very friendly & knowledgeable. I worked mostly with Rachel. She always asked how I was feeling before each session & geared our sessions based on my input & goals. She was very encouraging & helped me tremendously on regaining my mobility.

The facility was clean, the admin assistant staff were always friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. But most importantly was my physical therapist, Rachel. I’ve been to three other PT facilities in the past and I felt her knowledge to be exemplary. She was kind, compassionate, and friendly. I was impressed how smoothly every aspect of the PT process was, especially when several patients were there at the same time. I always felt a priority and appreciated how helpful everyone was.

I had an excellent experience at Cora physical therapy following shoulder surgery. From start to finish the entire team was incredibly professional and friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain my Treatment plan and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Appreciate the personalized care.

Staff is great. At first I was concerned about not working with the same people each time, but ultimately I think that changing it up allowed me to get different perspectives on the right exercises for me to continue to progress.
