With ten exercises my left leg became stronger. Then I learned more varied exercises. I liked the bicycle best. However, sometimes the staff ran out of straps and weights as if there were not enough for all. The leg press machine was fine for both legs. It was difficult for one leg at a time because of the pegs, which was uncomfortable for me. I have seen better leg press machines at a gym. Classes were often not an hour. They seemed to run 50 minutes. The staff member went to the lobby to bring patients in about 10 minutes after the hour. Often staff doubled up on patients. By that time I knew the exercises to do.

Great physical therapists!! With twelve to fifteen exercises, the therapists helped me to strengthen my left leg in six weeks.. I can dance better despite having arthritis in my left knee. I feel balanced again. Thank you for teaching me proper technique to exercise.

This was my third “need of help” from Cora spread over a period of about 3-4 years! Each was a success - plantar fasciitis, fractured jaw, and now I was treated for inflamed sciatic/periformis nerves.
I was adamant (stood my ground) when I requested a referral to be sent/treated by Cora (Fuquay-Varina)! My trust and faith in their capable hands and encouragement got me through this third Cora encounter!!! For their care
& expertise, I’m so thankful! To the Clinical Manager who has been (in charge of the consistent quality of care by her staff over time) is due credit for her skills in maintaining “top of the line” care.
