This was my second knee replacement, this was the best physical therapy I have ever received with Curtis, my new knee is doing great! My first knee therapy was not with Cora, & the therapie with Cora was so much more informative & helpful!

Curtis was my primary physical therapist in the Fox Lake Clinic. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his expertise in getting me back on my feet after surgery. He truly cares about his patients and he was fun to work with, as well as everyone in this clinic.

Receiving care at CORA is very different from the care received at other corporate PT facilities. The care is extremely personalized and individualized. I was very happy with the fact that my physical therapist only had up to 1 additional patient he was caring for at every appointment.

Kurtis changed my life. I was taught to do exercises that will help me to live a better life. I am happier and feel better then I have in years. No cure for what I have but now I can live life. Thank you so much for everything.

The BEST PT I have received. Staff is a JOY to work with & they encourage every step you take . I am walking now without any aids & have improved at each visit Curtis has changed my life to the BETTER !! Thanks to Cora. I recommend Cora.

Pleasantly surprised at the treatment plan, the care and concern Travis takes. I can't praise Travis and CORA enough. The AP is very helpful.

Travis (my PT) and Ashley (the receptionist) are Amazing!! My ability to move around is increased by leaps and bounds and my self-esteem and abilities to do self-care have leveled up as well! I'm incredibly grateful to have chosen CORA Fox Lake as my location.

The location in Fox Lake is better than I ever thought it could be. I have never been to physical therapy before and well exceeds all my expectations. Every staff person I have met is professional, pleasant, welcoming, and really making a difference in my life.
