I had actually done this when I was at the facility. I just really appreciated the knowledge, care and right amount of encouragement as I strengthen post my full anterior hip replacement. My therapist Holly is for me, exceptionally knowledgeable... Actually so are the other therapists who occasionally had to work with me. I really felt understood and guided towards strength.

Holly is an amazing physical therapist. She’s very knowledgeable patient kind understanding and a very professional. She definitely is an asset to your company and I wouldn’t want to see anybody else she’s that good but I chose just in case I ever did had an emergency. I have the availability of another physical therapist, especially when I get an episode of vertigo very knowledgeable. Holly is very very good.

PT was very knowledgeable. He listened to concerns, gave appropriate exercises to continue at home, and helped me regain almost full motion of my injured shoulder. I had never had an injury requiring physical therapy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The Elizabethton TN location of Cora Physical therapy has great staff who do their job with excellence.

Brian, when evaluated me found i had my hips misplaced. He showed me exercise that fixed them. Seemed like a miracle and the pain was GONE! I went to strengthen my core and back muscles because I have degenerative disc disease. Now onto Shannon and Austin those guys made me work hard and I didn't want to disappoint them. They were encouraging and didn't let me give up or do anything I was taught wrong. They weren't on top of me but I new they were watching. I literally felt my body changing. I love these guys and their help is always appreciated and will never be forgotten!! Thanks so much my new friends at CORA!!

I was barely able to walk when I first came six weeks ago. Now I am able to walk & do most of my housework. I still have some aching, but nothing like it was at the beginning. All the staff were very kind & helpful!

The Impossible Living at times, the impossible. Stiff was I, says the doctor. Headaches, migraines, at times more than could bare. Who knows the cause, to much work, stress, not enough rest. Hard drugs taken to try to dull the pain. Off to doctors visits trying to find a cause or something that would dampen the symptoms. It was the neurologist who diagnosed a nerve issue. This leads to CORA (Elizabethton) physical therapy. There (In no particular order) Taylor, Charles, Madison and Adrianna at the front desk ,I met. God sent angels they are. Twice a week hard at work teaching, stretching and strengthening. Teaching how the body works and moves. It wasn’t long, just a couple of short weeks till a noticeable improvement was noticed. Massaging, strengthening, light resistance work out a long with dry needling put me on the course to once again live the impossible.
