The Impossible
Living at times, the impossible. Stiff was I, says the doctor. Headaches, migraines, at times more than could bare. Who knows the cause, to much work, stress, not enough rest. Hard drugs taken to try to dull the pain. Off to doctors visits trying to find a cause or something that would dampen the symptoms. It was the neurologist who diagnosed a nerve issue.
This leads to CORA (Elizabethton) physical therapy. There (In no particular order) Taylor, Charles, Madison and Adrianna at the front desk ,I met. God sent angels they are. Twice a week hard at work teaching, stretching and strengthening. Teaching how the body works and moves. It wasn’t long, just a couple of short weeks till a noticeable improvement was noticed. Massaging, strengthening, light resistance work out a long with dry needling put me on the course to once again live the impossible.

After a full hip replacement I was suggested several places to go for rehabilitation, I chose CORA and am very glad I did. I was given at home exercises (homework) to progress my recovery. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The office has a down home family feel more than a Dr office. I will forever recommend CORA.

Best PT company I have ever been to.
Charles is very helpful and takes the time to fully explain everything to me. Walker is compassionate and caring. He also takes the time to fully explain my care. I couldn’t ask for a better team.
The black lady at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name ) is always helpful and kind.
I have been to many PT organization in my life and CORA is the best.
