Everyone at Cora is phenomenal besides the billing and medical records department. O put in a request to medical records for short term disability and they never sent anything and its now 4 months later. Horrible department. Billing is horrible as well. My therapist and reception is phenomenal. Be thankful you have them.

My physical therapist, Rashawn, is very professional and kind. I feel he knows what my condition requires and is trying to help me be stronger and hopefully alleviate my pain. I am very pleased with my treatment.

The staff was very patient and understanding of my situation. They constantly monitored my pain level. They were encouraging and and provided many things that i could do at home to aid my recovery. I highly recommend CORA.

I’d worked with Anna at another facility. She was so amazing that I searched her new location out and ended up at Cora. She is beyond an amazing listener when she asks about their conditions. She designed and executed a treatment plan with me that worked perfectly. She’s a gem!

I feel Chelsea listens to my concerns and personalizes/individualizes my care according to my needs vs a one size fits all approach. I also feel that she is attentive to me as a client during the hour I am there, even when she has other clients.

All the staff at Cora have treated me with respect and good service.? Even when I was pushed to step over then Red things! Dr. Chelsey has been a good inspiration and facilitator of my recovery before and after the surgery! Jamie smiles and handles Scheduling and business with effective and efficient skills. Karen worked with my knee and brings a seasoned approach to my care. Sarah is meticulous with her patients. As far as I am concerned , Cora PT at the office I attend, has the bestest staff! Give thanks and praise!

Dr. Chelsey guides physical therapy and provides physical therapy that has helped me tremendously and helps me get thru. She challenges me with those red steps to relearn how to balance my weight and movement. HaleleleluYHWH! Jamie is da bestest receptionist, Office manager! She brings effective and efficiency to a level that does uphold a high standard in Cora. Sarah and Karen are lovelies who I observe and interact with . All the staff make this place, second to none in physical therapy in Rockford!
