You should provide an option that includes "Excellent". From the moment that you walk into the Apopka CORA Therapy door, you are greeted by one of the three hard-working staff members who sign you in, take payment, and schedule upcoming visits. This is in stark contrast to what I experienced before. A year ago, there was constant turnover in those positions. The phones constantly rang with no answer and there was very little communication between the staff and the patients when they walked in. Today, there is a very pleasant and inviting atmosphere and questions are answered immediately and phone calls answered after the second ring. Fred was my physical therapist again. He should be a role model for your other physical therapists. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and explains everything in a very clear way that you can understand. He is very supportive of your success and his positive approach is greatly appreciated. While I have not worked with any of the other physical therapists in Apopka, each has the same qualities when it comes to the care of their patients. I learned that Fred has worked at the Apopka location for more than 20 years, serving as a manager for much of that time. When I first attended CORA Apopka, Fred was not the manager. When I returned for physical therapy earlier this year, Fred was once again the manager. You can tell the difference. The lighting is brighter, the walls are painted, the carpet is clean, and there is an atmosphere of positive energy that was not apparent under the previous rotating managers. Yes, "Excellent" is how I would rate the overall CORA Apopka location!

Fred is outstanding. He is very experienced, kind, and explains everything extremely well. You can tell that he truly cares about helping each person. His recommendations and guidance have helped me tremendously. Although I have only worked with Fred, Jo is also extremely caring and experienced and helps many people get better. The front desk staff members are equally helpful and friendly. Fred is a tremendous asset to CORA. Your Apopka location represents your patients and your company very well. You should provide “Excellent” as the top choice in your Survey, not just Very Good.
