I am happy with everything ,except for my follow up visit.
during the visit the staff acted as if they were unprepared for my visit, they had no clue as to what they were suppose to be checking me .

Dr. Huang was very thorough and professional. My nurse Ramona was beyond amazing. She has a very pleasant and caring personality and it shows that she cares very much for her patients. I would definitely recommend Dr. Huang and the Whitaker Clinic.

My experience at MOHS clinic was exceptional. The clinic staff (nurse & providers) made me feel at ease, they walked me through the entire process and overall made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Would highly recommend them!

My appointment was at 11am and I got in on time. I was greeted by friendly and helpful personnel. The room was bright and clean and the procedure chair was very comfortable. A warm blanket, water and snack and TV was nice while I waited for the biopsy results. Overall a good experience and I would return again if necessary and would recommend to others.

My appointment was for 12:00. I had already preregistered online. I arrived at 11:30. At 12:30 I asked how much longer. I was told about 15 minutes. I walked out shortly after 1:00 without being seen. I am a VA patient and our normal wait time is 10 to 15 minutes. I have never been disappointed in the services that I've received before, but this was horrible.
