Nurse was professional courteous and efficient

Nursing care was slow. Doctor performing moh’s surgery did great job freezing additional skin cancer spots. The actual area cut, concerned about possible infection. Area had breeze blowing germs in. Bathroom at end of day had blood in it and was afraid to use it. Antibiotics should have been given.

Dr. Huang explained my choices after the Mohs was completed by Dr. [ ]. He did it very well and I liked him. Everything is healing and has not been painful at all. I would like to say that the information that I was given before the procedure was limited. My appointment was at 7:30 and until I got there I did not know that I could be there a half a day which would have been good to know ahead of time.

I was there for a follow-up procedure, to remove a skin cancer after pathology. Dr. Huang fit me in on a Friday to expedite the removal. I expected a long wait, but was called back within 15 minutes, which was a nice surprise. Dr. Huang and the RN, Crystal, took great care of me, and the procedure went well. Patient conversation, clear instructions. The incision is already healing well, without any issues. Altogether a great experience.

Dr Huang and his nurse were both very accommodating and kind. I appreciate Dr Huang's expertise in his surgical skills and recommendations. It's very refreshing to have a medical practice show attention to the patients wait time.

Other than having to pay $7 for parking, the experience was great. I was called back to my appointment right on time and the staff immediately started prepping me for the procedure. Dr. Huang was great. He was very approachable and explained the process.

Everyone made the visit go well. Front desk, nurses and Drs were all awesome. Ramona was the best nurse. She explained everything and was patient answering all questions.

The nursing staff was kind and upbeat, which created a good atmosphere. Dr. Huang took time to discuss the procedure and underlying issues and respond to my questions, which was appreciated and helpful.

Very little information offered to me on procedure and how to care for the incision afterwards. I had to ask all the questions, and knowing nothing about MOHS surgery procedures, I felt I was having to guess at getting information from both nurse and Dr Wong. Plus, the nurse was not even aware of the location of the MOHS surgery (lip biopsy) and Dr Wong’s bedside manner is lacking and needs improvement.
