It was surprisingly pleasant! Updates and progress were provided, they offered me something to drink, and overall everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and clearly service-oriented.

The parking was definitely hard for someone in a wheelchair. All the handicapped parking was full.

This was my follow up urgent visit after my biopsy visit a few months ago. The entire process was smooth and professional as before, so I am extremely satisfied with the results. All the way from the receptionist, check-in, nurses, residents and doctors handled me in a cheerful and professional manner without being over-bearing. I look forward to my next appointment after the first of the year to complete my body scan for any other concerns. Thank you to everyone at Whitaker and have a wonderful holiday celebration and a Happy New Year! I appreciate all of you!

The facility is clean and easy to get to. The entire process was very smooth. I registered online and walked in gave my name. I was told to sit in the waiting area. I only had to wait 5 minutes or less. There was no unnecessary waiting or discomfort. Everything was explained to me and I was leaving within a couple of hours.

Very friendly, professional nurses and doctors. Nurses and doctors both took their time and answered any questions and concerns thoroughly. The doctor was very patient and explained the entire course of the appointment as it evolved. Provided illustrations of his thoughts if/as needed and was completely transparent with all options. Great experience considering the circumstances!

Excellent care. All staff was friendly and very accommodating. Professionalism at it's finest. Check-in easy and friendly. Wait time minimal. Patient protocol with hand washing to education was followed by the book. Retired RN observation and I give them a perfect 10. I have already been telling others about our great experience.
