I think she is a great provider, I just don’t like the time wait. I don’t think that I have ever been to this office that I haven’t waited almost an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. It is just frustrating.

She provided a clearer understanding where our treatment plan can lead and my part in it. I was pleasantly surprised by how optimistic I felt when I left.

This is my first time with the nurse practitioner due to my other doctor no longer working there. I felt very comfortable besides the issue at the beginning with the receptionist.

NP SANOCKI, being a female to a male patient put me at ease during the appointment. She talked to me and told me what she was doing. Very professional in her bedside manner.

We drove an hour for the appt and it took less that 10 minutes. The provider was in a rush, so trying to ask questions was a waste of time, we have gone online for post surgical questions.

She talked over me and did not seem to care that I had other symptoms that I wanted to explain and talk about. I didn’t even get the chance to tell her I have had kidney stones in the past and that could be relating to my issues.

The doctor was fine. She told me a couple of things and released me from not needing a foley but the overall care from arrival to end was rushed and not sensitive to the needs of an older person after surgery. Could have used more sensitivity instead of checklist.

I appreciated the back-and-forth conversation we had about symptoms (or lack thereof) which had brought me to the practice in the first place. I'm looking forward to my next appointment to get a clearer understanding of my test results - which were interesting to read ( I'm a non-medical individual) and seemed to indicate unrelated, potential problems.
