If I do have to come back to this office, I will request someone else. It took awhile to get into the office because I was a new patient but it still only lasted 5 minutes and left feeling very blown off.

The provider was a nurse practitioner and not a Urologist, so she didn't seem to have all the details associated with my medical history. The provider was a little confusing to me when discussing next steps. I expected more concrete, definitive direction on next steps regarding a timeline, but things were sort of left 'up in the air'.

I was very impressed with how quick I was able to get an appointment and how thorough the PA was - from telling me to stop all antibiotics since the urine sample was normal, to ordering important diagnostic tests to get to the source. And, I was able to get some tests Immediately .

Constance and I did not connect very well. She became impatient when I asked numerous questions about a treatment she suggested. She seemed shocked that Dr. Semerjian had not suggested it when I saw her last year. She left the exam room to check a result from my most recent yearly exam and never returned, but rather sent her assistant to report the result was normal. I'm sure Constance Is a very good provider most of the time and for most people However,her style and approach just weren't right for me. As a retired school counselor, It Is my belief that effective communication must be equal parts talking and listening. I will wait until Dr, Samerjian is available when I make my next appointment.

Terrible. When my wife made the appointment she explained what was going on from my hospital visit. When the nurse came into the room, she had no idea about my history. First thing she said was we should not have taken out the catheter. It was the person who made the appt who told us to take out the catheter. We left upset and angry over the situation. No matter where my cancer goes, I will not come back to IHA Urology.

Connie was excellent! Listened carefully to my health issue. Very friendly and helpful. Ran tests, which put me at ease. Connie made several recommendations to alleviate the issue I was having. They worked!! Problem gone. I would highly recommend her.
