The NP barely spent any time with me and did not work with me to address my concerns. Her suggestions were not realistic given my job..I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. You could tell that after 5 mins she was ready to leave the room and was no longer listening to me. I work in the ER. I know time is limited but she didn't even try to show active listening.

I felt very comfortable from the moment I spoke with the provider. I hope that the student realizes how lucky she is to have such a good person teaching her about the medical concerns and, perhaps more importantly, helping patients feel good about the entire experience.
