Kay listened carefully and empathetically to me; as did Constance, they were both good to work with. There was a lag time between my questions being asked via the patient portal and then me getting in for a visit.

She knows I am constantly looking for something that may have caused my condition but she is very candid to explain why those scenarios I mention should not be related to my prognosis.

The NP barely spent any time with me and did not work with me to address my concerns. Her suggestions were not realistic given my job..I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. You could tell that after 5 mins she was ready to leave the room and was no longer listening to me. I work in the ER. I know time is limited but she didn't even try to show active listening.
