Mainly, the people. Lucy welcomed us and took us to the treatment room. She was very polite and pleasant and professional. She did the initial interview and made us feel comfortable prior to our meeting with the ARPN Connor Smith. Connor is very knowledgeable about my condition and is concerned about my health. His advice is always welcome. The MA who performed the ECG was Alyce. She too was very personal and pleasant. She was very good at what she did with a pleasant attitude. These three employees are truly assets to Dr. [last name]'s staff.
