Provider was very dismissive. Didn't care about my chronic pain didn't care regarding my history just gave his opinion he could not do nothing for me.

The doctor was very cold! I am big on bed side manner and he could barely shake my hand!!!!!! I feel like I got robbed of my co-pay....i met with him so he could tell me to meet with another doctor OMG AND I CANNOT SEE THAT DOCTOR UNTIL OCTOBER 5, 2026 WORST PRACTICE EVER! It doesn't matter everybody is worried about money that's all that matters!

Dr. McElligott was one of the very few providers I've ever met that actually listens and doesn't talk over you and he's an example of how a patient should be treated. So he's a very great doctor in my opinion and I left there feeling very good about my appointment.

I came in with extreme pain after spending a day in an ER. I explained what the ER doctor did and advised. Doctor Connor M. basically did nothing other than say to go to pain management. No medication or discussion of the medication I was on, no referral for an MRI of my back, no advice. Won't be back.

The doctor, the tech, and the office staff were all exceptionally friendly, courteous, and even comical. It was a pleasurable experience.

I was very disappointed with my follow up appointment from my Ablation procedure I had done. I didn't get answers/explanations to several of my questions I asked Dr McElligott ie, he didn't really explain to me why I was experiencing more pain in my back now then before I got the procedure. Never explained my question as to why my feet could now be giving me pain and hurting. Asked what is "Muscle Manipulation" just gave me a script to get a consultation. I felt I was being rushed through the appointment as if he just wanted to get to next patient (of which I also felt in prior appointments). I got more information on my questions when I got home and "Googled" them. Just didn't feel I got the time and attention I deserved with the procedure I had done with the questions and explanations I was asking and looking for. I will be seeking another opinion and am looking for a new back doctor.

My appointment was scheduled for over a month. It was a follow up for a test they prescribed and a plan to pursue if what the Dr assumed was the problem. It's my understanding that we are now going to start the process to get my treatment. Things could have been started so this process would be faster. 1. Contact where my rehabilitation so you have my records that you now say you need before you can do anything. 2. Look at my test results before I get there. I originally met w/ a different Dr. The second one didn't seem to know my history or what I was there for prior to me walking in. I waited a month and a half when this could have been an email to get me started.

Dr. McElligott is an exemplary example of a physician dedicated to listening and collaborating with patients in their overall care. It means a lot to know he listens and values the patient's feelings when developing a treatment plan. I'm please to have him coordinating my care.

This is an amazing practice with staff that answer phone calls quickly and greet you with warm smiles. The doctors see you in a timely manner and are very well versed in their field! They speak to you with respect and you leave feeling that you have been heard and have received answers along with a plan of action for care. This practice has restored my faith in the medical field.

Totally ignored when I came into the front desk. There was a pink sign that said sign in here but the only place to sign in was a automated stylus which evidently wasn't working. I signed in and then was ignored and missed the order of my appointment. When I heard that person was being sent into the doctor I was to see I stepped up to the desk and asked. It wasn't that time they finally paid attention to me. I was the only one in the waiting room at that time.

He is not very caring or sympathetic. Just do the job and out. Doesn't spent enough time and explaining everything to patient. So I am not very happy. If you have any other drs, I would like to switch to them. Sorry I had to tell the truth.

I've seen several doctors at Reconstructive Orthopedics and all have been great. The staff is awesome as well and the wait time has improved immensely as what it was a year or so ago. Thankful for a good experience once again.
