Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
You know coming from Northern Iowa I’m finding it easier to get medical attention here in in Mo., Living in a rural area it’s hard to get quality care. I appreciate and thank you guys for having the time and patience to help me get healthy. God bless Mrs. Deb she is a sweet lady with a big heart and a lot of empathy for others. You rock Deb lol

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone on this visit was awesome but this one person stood above the rest. She works in the lab & her name is Theresa. She was professional, caring & friendly. I had to give a urine specimen & she gave me a choice of which restroom I wanted to use (I have never had a choice, didn't know there was 2 restrooms. I was always sent to one in the lobby across from the lab which is 2 stalls, dirty & no privacy). I chose the one in the lab (a single toilet) I didn't know about. Theresa wiped down everything (making sure it was clean) and explained how to place the hat in the toilet to catch the urine. This was the first time I had heard or used this restroom. You might say what's the big deal; the other rest room was disgusting every time I had to give a urine sample. Holding the specimen cup while trying to squat over the toilet seat, no where to set the specimen once collected, out of tissue, no privacy. The lab restroom had everything needed including privacy. Thanks to Theresa.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
This visit was great. Theresa made the lab visit awesome. She put the cherry on the visit.

I have always had great experiences when visiting the office, from the office greater, the check in attendants, the nursing staff and the medical professionals that I see: Dr. and NP Debra Connell-Dent.

Debra was very detailed in trying to understand and describe what the injury could be.

The NP & intern were conscientious in giving patient education consistent with the patient's and spouse's understanding causing both of us to feel supported and heard.

Stellar care by our entire team. Grateful for the level of care we receive. We look forward to many more years of great care.

My two doctors [xxxx] and Debra lets me know what I need to know and don't hold back which is good for me I appreciate the staff tremendously good job team.

Dr Dent is amazing at what she does. She makes you feel warm and comfortable. She explains information to the best of her ability to allow any patient to understand.

When I have the chance to see Dr Dent It’s always a pleasure.

The staff overall are so caring. Debra the NP and staff are amazing they truly listen to you and they sometimes have to help me to not always nurse on myself. Being a nurse myself for years i tend to have a unique perspective but i have been coming to this practice and they listen and care and advocate with compassion . I am truly blessed to be under their care !!!!

Debra Dent was able to give me samples of Ensure to help me raise my protein levels. Said to ask for more on my next visit. Very helpful.
