Dr. Jewell was very thorough, even taking the time to review my X-Rays from another facility before she entered the room. She then took the time to explain everything in a helpful way, including showing me trouble areas on my X-Rays and a diagram in the room. She gave me treatment options and allowed for me to choose the treatment I preferred. Great experience, including the office staff.

Dr. Watters is very professional and shows concern and compassionate for his patients. He answers all questions I’ve had regarding an injury or surgery. He doesn’t rush you out in 5 minutes like some doctors do. He is an excellent doctor and his actions show that he truly cares about the patients he takes care of, often going above and beyond to make sure they get the best care possible.

Do DeFalco listens and answers any questions/concerns. If you don’t understand a certain word, he notices a look on your face and then explains again using words that a non professional understands. He never jumps to a diagnosis, he goes through a process of elimination to insure you get the proper care.
