Michele has taken the time to answer my questions whether in EPIC or in person.She explains things in a manner that one understands. She is obviously experienced and knowledgable in the Electrophysiology field. Her presentation is calm, confident, and straight forward.

She is very professional and knowledgable and more than competent. I feel very comfortable with her taking care of me. Considering that she is the front line in monitoring of my heart’s electrical function, I think that says a lot.

Michele has been the best health provider that I have ever dealt with,, I’ve been dealing with congestive heart failure for almost 20 years and have dealt with a lot of medical experts, she thoughtful, caring, takes the time to listen and address your concerns.
