Dr Chen not only proved to be an excellent surgeon, but he treated my 14 year old daughter with the utmost respect. When explaining things, he talked TO HER, not at us. He asked her if she had any questions before he asked us.

He explains what’s going on with your condition and to the point on how the condition will be approached. In my case a deviated septum. In my seventy three years on this earth I have always been self conscious about the appearance of my nose. After the surgery I can truly say I can finally look in the mirror and have confidence! I will always be greatful to Colin Chen for his part in putting a smile on my face☺️
