Genesis is a lovely woman and was excellent and confidence building. Colleen Pickard, APN was outstanding. She has a lovely manner and helped me feel more confident about the Cardiac Ablation and PVCs. They are both assets to the medical field and to Virtua. My sincere thanks to both of them.

Thank you to all the staff at the office in Hammonton! You all are wonderful! I was so anxious to have the ablation procedure and you all made me feel very cared for and answered all my questions, almost before I could ask them! Absolutely LOVED the phone call prior to my ablation to explain and answer any questions - I hear that's a new program - IT ROCKS!!!! This visit was my follow up with the nurse and she was AWESOME (Colleen) took her time with my wife and I and answered all questions/concerns. Thank you!

You need to add 5-6 elevated seats in the waiting room as the existing seating is low and does not allow some individuals to rise from a seated position.

My experience that I received was phenomenal all the way around. I took my hats off to the doctors and nurses and the staff. They're still being gracious, grieffulness. Wish can't express the way I feel, the way the kind of treatment I got. It was phenomenal. That's all I can say phenomenal. I give you guys a 15 star, not a 10 star, 15 star. Keep up the good work.

The virtua EP service is a very high functioning team of professionals who are clearly at the top of the field. Not only do they possess the technical skills but also are able to articulate their plan that is tailored to the individual patient. They welcome questions and explain material in plain language both inpatient and outpatient settings with exemplary continuity of care.

2/3 was my first time at Cherry Hill cardiology to see Colleen Pickard. Everyone from check in staff, to {redacted} and {redacted} who roomed me and put my halter monitor on were so sweet and knowledgeable. Colleen was amazing, and spoke in a way, that a regular person could understand. Really helped me understand what was going on. Much appreciated guys! Keep doing what you're doing!
