The provider was very professional. I didn't notice if she had washed her hands. I know she used gloves to do the ear exam, but I will come back to her. I thought she was very thorough and I'm very friendly.

She was great! Very friendly and kind. She explained what she was gpoing to do in clear terms. She discussed future options for follow up care, making sure I understood how to proceed in a variety of settings. She is really terrific at creating a calm, positive environment.

Colleen Miller was so conscientious that she dug into my previous test results from a thyroid biopsy, found a discrepancy, and then followed up after our visit, discovering an error that had been entered onto my chart. I was deeply impressed by her thoroughness and diligence, as well as the time and care she took to work through the Issue. All accompanied by genuine concern and the desire to explain everything thoroughly to me with great kindness and care.
