the way dr [ ] explained [ ] condition and he kind of xplained in in multiple different outlooks and he explained it to will in a way a child could understand and i think thas very important

my only note is that he speaks very fast and I had a hard time catching everything because of the mask. I felt bad that I had to have him repeat himself

Dr Nguyen talks very quickly but he is willing to slow down and re-explain whatever we have questions about. We brought up a new issue and he was great about listening to our concerns

Dr. Nguyen was excellent! Very professional, thorough & explained everything in depth. He took a lot of time with us & did not make us feel rushed.

Dr. Nguyen gave good information and was thorough in questioning. However, he spoke so fast my daughter didn't understand most of his questions. I'm a highly educated and a quick thinker, and I had to focus to keep up with the pace of his speech.

The doctor has had to reschedule appointments a couple times and I find it awesome that he makes the phone calls himself. Even though Reno. is larger the doc. taking his time to do this gives it a small town feel and shows that he takes pride in his work!

Doctor rushed our visit telling us we are well over his time. After we sat in a room for 20 minutes.

I was late (got lost) and it set the tone for the appointment. The doctor talked way too fast and I had a hard time keeping up with a lot of what he was saying.
