I would make another appointment with Kelly any time. She was patient, caring, and helped me tremendously with my back issue.

She was very helpful in calming me and reassuring me when something arose that required a follow up visit. I did find some of her demeanor in the beginning a little disconnected

The only problem was my time was to start at 11:15 but she was not ready for me after Wellness visit even at 11;30 so I had to wait awhile. I got out 12:20. Will I be charged for extended visit with my insurance? They did tell me she was running late. I am OK with running late but do not want to be charged more for the visit. I understand appointments can take longer. She is very good.

This woman needs to be trained on how to work with people!!!! The judgement was definitely there because I was undressed from being so tired and sick lately. I was not even able to get my appointment taken care of and now have to wait until December to see my primary doctor as a result. That's horrible!! Nobody should have to deal with what I went through. Then my outpatient summary is falsified documents. The only labs we discussed was my A1C being 8.6, and I never refused to answer her questions about medication. That's what I did when she stuck her fingers in my face. When I was only anxious because she was hostile and intimidating, the only reason I was angry was because she would NOT allow me to exit that appointment as I requested after her intimidating and belittling behavior. I still did not yell at her or put my hands on her after she used her body to block the exit twice before I told her she was holding me against my own free will and I have requested to leave twice already and now I'm going to leave to please move away from the door. Something like this doesn't happen normally. Thank goodness for the receptionist giving me Kleenex and allowing me to get my sugar up that she caused to drop. Horrible provider!! This was very traumatic!! Thank you.

I can’t stress enough how wonderful kelly Coleman was during my recent appointment. She genuinely cares, and takes time to listen and understand what’s going on and wants to really find what works best for you, the patient. I never once felt rushed when before with other providers I felt like I was just another patient to be seen to get the day over.

Kelly is a terrific NP as my primary provider. I followed her to her relocation to her new office even though my drive doubled from 20 to 40 miles! I typically only see her annually so it’s not a problem and well worth the additional drive
