Really appreciated her attention to my issue and treating with antibiotic as was not getting better from bite mid-day Monday.

Even though she was running quite a bit late she still took as much time with me and made me feel like she really cared this time. There is a lot going on with me at the moment and she really made me feel like everything was gonna be okay.

I can’t stress enough how wonderful kelly Coleman was during my recent appointment. She genuinely cares, and takes time to listen and understand what’s going on and wants to really find what works best for you, the patient. I never once felt rushed when before with other providers I felt like I was just another patient to be seen to get the day over.

Kelly is a terrific NP as my primary provider. I followed her to her relocation to her new office even though my drive doubled from 20 to 40 miles! I typically only see her annually so it’s not a problem and well worth the additional drive

It concerns me that I have had 5 Providers since I have been with Trinity Health. I have had to explain to each person why I take Klonopin. They all prescribed the med. Now I have been assigned another provider. Now I have another person assigned to me. Under no circumstances will she prescribe the med,her standards. I have read and understand the fact on the med. She is very nice to talk to and I will see her in June. Nobody really understands!
