I like the fact that Dr. Coleman never makes me fell like I'm being rushed. He answers all my questions and concerns and explains to me what I don't understand or when I ask why.

I feel like by UM doctor and his staff have gone up and above to address my needs. My doctors listen to me and he let me ask him as many questions as I need. And he gives me medical advice that can help improve my health. And he works very well with my insurance even though sometimes they don't do their job he always does his.

Great overall. Only suggestion is to allow husbands and wife with back to back appointments. We make our appointments one year in advance and the office reserves a slot for a new patient in between our appts.

I must say that he is a truly exceptional physician. I am so grateful to be his patient. I always feel like he truly cares about my health. I'm not always the easiest patient to manage because I do not like taking medications and sometime refuse to do so, but Dr. Coleman is very patient with me. He explains things in great detail. He is very accommodating. UHealth is beyond blessed to have him on their team of doctors!
