First time I met him. Can’t think of any improvements to make except the wait time was one hour which is a bit long since I’m coming 45 minutes also. Excellent care. Wish I didn’t have to come all the way back for the Anesthesia Team meeting. Kevin the scheduler and Kathy the nurse were also excellent at their customer service skills! They both gave me their direct phone line.
