Dr. Cohen always gives excellent care. Explains everything thoroughly, listens as though my questions and comments are important to him and I never feel he is trying to push me out the door to get to the next patient.

My visit with Dr. Cohen was very pleasurable. When he entered the room with a smile and a great welcome I knew I was going to be in good hands. My entire visit was handled very professionally, and I felt relaxed learned all of the things that I needed to know to take me to the next visit. Was given the opportunity to call or send a message if any unforeseen things happened between this visit and my next visit.

Both doctor and staff xxomfortably took time needed without rushing or cutting questions, explanations, etc short. Doctor took personal interest in resolving issues with durable medical provider as well as u derstandung my comfort level with new treatment options.

Doctor Cohen and his team was very accommodating. I got there on time and was called few minutes after check in, I think they value professionalism and patient’s time. Doctor Cohen was very warm, made sure that I was comfortable during and after my annual exam. Would highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, all of the staff, and Dr Cohen in particular. I was seen within 3 minutes of arrival, and after the medical assistant left, Dr. Cohen came in less than a minute after. I feel extremely heard and cared about - when I lived in the east coast I had horrific experiences with doctors and I am so delighted and grateful to have such an amazing, kind, knowledgeable and efficient team at the Highlands.
