Dr cohen was very kind and respectful he took the time to examine me with care and explained his findings he gave me treatment options what to expect and advised me to follow up if progress did not improve I am happy to say his treatment plan worked and I am back living my active life as before. Dr Cohen is a very big asset to John Hopkins

Dr Cohen is a fantastic doctor. He is obviously, an excellent surgeon. In addition, he is very intent when listening to me. He patiently answers questions and often refers to xrays or MRIs to illustrate his point. A Year and a half ago I was wheeled into the Baltimore JH ED, slumped over in pain, unable to walk. Three weeks later I was pain free with a reconstructed spine thanks to Dr Cohen and his team. He has given me a path to becoming my former self.

Dr Cohen is very straight with me, giving me a clear picture of the condition of my neck. He explained that neck surgery in a case like mine has only 70% success rate. He encourages me to keep working with my pain management doctor, [staff], which I am!

As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Cohen is an excellent orthopedic physician. He was recommended over 20 years ago and wouldn't let anyone else touch my back!
