Paul was attentive and took my condition and pain seriously. He got me the prescriptions I needed ASAP, and a referral to a specialist.

I feel very comfortable with Paul Clouse. Very knowledgeable, professional as well as caring. I love the way he sits down on his stool and then slides over and looks you right in the eye and talks “to” you. He has a great one-on one rapport. A great communicator who I trust and respect. As I leave I love that he will pat me on the back and tell me that I am doing good.

He generally seemed nice, a touch to clise of a talker for my personal space. But he interacted nicely with my toddler. I just have a hard time trusting anyone that promises empatheticly to help/do something but absolutely lies/fails.

Dr Clouse listened to everything i said and went down the list explaining what it was i had and how we were going to treat it. He never made me feel rushed or that i would need to come back like my previous doctors did

The flu shot was not available. This was disappointing. I trust my doctor more than meijer/walgreens for this.

All of tx that was done in the ER could have been done in the office if he had paid attention. He was more worried about me being constipated and that I took Valium. I do not take Valium for being light headed. I rarely if ever take Valium. He was also more concerned with previous tx I have had them what was in front of him.I was light headed because I couldn't breathe due to the diagnosis of pneumonia.
