I am a retired nurse . I understand health care. Everyone has been wonderful. I absolutely love Angela C. It takes a bit of time to develope a comfort level with a provider. I have this with Angela. The continuity of care is extremely important to me… and should be to everyone.

My APN Angela got in room and spent a long time to make sure everything would be covered during visit, without rushing, instead very listening.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
She repeatedly talked over me while I was trying to describe symptoms that affect my daily life and seemed confrontational. This is not the first visit like this. I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the clinic

Angie is ALWAYS extraordinary. She combines expertise with kindness and always listens to me. I feel safe in her care. I am 67 years old and have never had a better provider. It’s not even close.

Angie and staff are THE very best! They listen to me and I find it amazing that they remember things we discussed at my last visit! It shows me that they truly listen!!!!! I am so blessed to have found them!

I feel like she went above and beyond. I’m kind of anxiety ridden and ask a lot of questions but she answered them all. I feel sometimes like I’m a little strong with my questions but I like her a lot.

I don't feel everything was done to determine the diagnosis. We ended up coming to the ER the very next day. Don't feel like issue was properly addressed.

Angela is the BEST and I have been seeing her for years. She always makes you feel comfortable and listens to you the patient. She explains things to you that you can understand. I refer patients to her all the time when someone ask who is a good provider to seek care from.

Angela Clercx NP she’s the best!! Always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. The Nurse who saw me first was great too. She also made me feel so comfortable.

Angela’s staff was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and directed me to where I needed to go. My provider reviewed my bloodwork results within the day of it being completed and staff followed up to inform of results. The communication from provider and staff is top notch. It is refreshing to visit an office where everyone is aware of their responsibilities and communicating to meet the patient’s needs.

Angela Clercx was very positive, attentive and helpful. I feel like she always listens to what I have to say and is committed to my best health. Thanks to her I am getting treatment for my sleep apnea. I am extremely happy I have found her.

I really appreciated her friendliness. I always have trepidation when visiting a medical professional who is new to me because I have had a few very bad experiences in the past with people who were rude or otherwise made me regret trying to get my health issues cared for. It was a relief to me that she was kind and considerate and wanted to help me with my medical problems.
