It started with me getting in at the designated appointment time. Then there was a new nurse who was finally able to take my blood pressure. Apparently my pulse is very weak and the other nurse could never find it. I am very pleased with this new nurse. It ended with Dr Jacoby being very friendly and open which I really appreciated.

Let me count the ways….. Never a referral when needed. Doctor walks out of the room when she is done, while the patient waits for her to come back to complete the conversation. Doctor waited until I was in pain before doing anything, even though she knew there was a problem for several months. Do you need more?

The front-of-house staff are very friendly and make us feel like family. Dr. Cisneros, who is my primary doctor, is an excellent doctor who takes his time with the patient and always clarifies my doubts. I always recommend this place and my doctor to my friends.
