The doctors and nurses were very courteous and friendly -i trust Dr Clay Williams with all my health problems he takes his time explaining everything and if you have any questions he answers truthfully and he cares about his patients and I Will recommend him to everyone-the nurses me soup when I needed it and they all checked in to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything and they were very friendly

Excellent procedure. My mouth, throat, body, all felt great after procedure. No pain or discomfort. Drs and nurses showed personal care and interest. Very professional.

Everything and everyone was professional and caring, with a little added humor to help ease the tension. I felt, informed, safe, and assured that my condition was in the best hands it could be in. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff.

I felt very well taken care of. Dr.Williams is very courteous and explained procedure thouraly. All hospital staff were very caring and efficient.

I have never been a patient in this hospital before and didn’t know what to expect. I’ve never been treated better. Everyone worked to restore my health. I was amazed at the personal attention. I highly recommend you all. I sincerely thank you

Dr Williams was very clear regarding the test procedure & results. Nurses were really good & cheerful which lightened the mood prior to the test.

The nurse post-surgery was great. Forgot her name. I wanted ice cream after my throat procedure. She actually went to cafeteria to get it, and refused to be paid back. My nurses in the room were equally great about providing me with refreshments and comfort items after my procedure. I was give great care. And Dr. Clay Williams went the extra mile again and again. He was very understanding about the throat bolus/clog I had. He gave me a clear course of action for future treatment, while explaining what he'd done to help the problem oin the meantime.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
DO SOMETHING ABOUT CLIMATE CONTROL! The rooms are freezing, and the patient cannot adjust the setting. If I had not brought pajamas and robe from home, I'd have suffered.

The way Dr Williams explained everything to where I could understand it and he gave me options and let me decide on what I should do and let me know what he recommended. Also the nurse was very kind she explained my instructions and what to do. Its a very GREAT TEAM. VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT ALSO MAKE U FEEL COMFORTABLE AND TAKIN CARE OF.

All staff excelled in friendliness, care, answering my questions and explaining what the surgery involved and to expect afterwards. Got a call two days after surgery to ask how I was doing and make sure my pain meds were meeting my needs.

I feel Dr. Williams went above n beyond what any Dr has ever gone in my life to make my condition understandable to me with no medical background. I'm very pleased with him and his nurse who shared time with me as well. Very informative to me n further procedures. Am very happy with this office team, thank you!

Dr. Williams was prompt, professional and paid attention to all my concerns. His staff did as well. I have many health issues at the present and he carefully deliberated on how to address my issue and explained the options clearly. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr Clay Williams takes the time to explain everything and listens to your conditions and concerns and also asks questions referring to your medical condition past and present-I wished I had him for my past surgery in 2017-hes the best and I recommend him to everyone

Everything was outstanding. Dr. Williams performed my wife’s breast cancer surgery and we we so impressed with him when told I needed my gallbladder removed I specifically asked for Dr. Williams to perform my surgery.

My post op nurse Jordan was great! Very good bed side manners, funny and friendly. I can’t remember my recovery nurse’s name but they were great as well. Very good experience with all of the staff.
