What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would just recommend that all staff members check records before making assumptions. With a gender neutral name, every staff member we talked to called our daughter “he” until corrected, though her paperwork correctly listed her as female. All were very apologetic, but it was frustrating and a little awkward to correct medical professionals, especially when her file is in front of them.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Claus since they were born. We love her and the entire staff. She is friendly and always listens to our concerns.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Karin Clauss listened to our concerns and made necessary referrals immediately without us having to wait several days. It was nice to be taken seriously.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Clauss and her nurse were both amazing. We’ve been wanting to see her ever since our son was born. She was just as amazing as I’ve heard. My son was sick, the first time he’s been sick like this, and Dr. Clauss was so caring and actually answered the questions I had. I really hope one day in the future she’ll have an opening for us because we would love to be permanent patients of hers!

Dr Clauss is amazing and always goes above and beyond in taking care of our daughter.

Dr. Klauss and the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to make myself and my child feel comfortable and cared about. We have been going there for 11 years and they are wonderful!

Dr. Clauss took exceedingly good care during this appointment. Our son was uncomfortable and had been dreading having to talk about his anxiety, but she was patient and kind and took a long time to talk with him and consider various options.
