I highly recommend an respect Dr Palma
His staff gave me a 2:40 appt and I arrived at 2.30
It was after 4 pm before I saw the Dr. That is not good , the patients have schedules, lives, an our time is very important to us also.
I was very frustrated with the timing on this appt.
My care was great.

The only problem was that we had to wait for almost an hour in the windowless exam room. It would be better if we could just wait in the reception area.

Dr.Palma is the best specialist I've ever had!
He's so professional, personable and most of all listens to every single thing that's on your mind!
His acknowledgement shows while talking to him,he responds to everything and also shows it when you see your visit summary!
This is rare,at least to me and I've had,have many Specialist, Dr's etc,now and past!
That means the world to me not being ignored even if the question may seem off or not.. maybe important*? ( I dont know how to word this) he listens,responds and makes you feel important and heard!
He helps with everything. No question is to big or small.
He let's you also ask your thoughts about what is going on with you and doesn't cut you off or ignore the question, thought..
I appreciate and respect him so much!
He can even make you smile and laugh, which doesn't come easy for me.
I could say so much about Dr.Palma!
