She does her job and I imagine she is good at it. She doesn’t seem excited about it. She doesn’t offer any more than that; ideas, questions, current science, recommendations.

I trust her knowledge, I just feel as though she could offer up more information about what she is looking for without me needing to know exact questions to ask. Also, she could be less clinical. Show some warmth.
