Be clearer about the exact time your appt with the doctor is. The constant reminder to be on time end up being confusing. I am in meetings for work every day and never have problems joining on time

It did not seem that there was any review of my history prior to walking into the exam room. It also doesn't seem that she reviewed my medical history upon receipt of my labwork.
