Claribel did an exceptional job dealing with my issue. She was very attentive and did a great job reviewing and explaining my issues and where things would be going from there

As an individual the NP was very nice and understanding. Unfortunately she did not know what options were left to remove tge waxor fluid that built up behind the wax using the technique available at Trinity. She just told me to go home, use the debris abd contact my newcPCP. This just was not a successful visit.

Since my primary Dr Cody retired I haven’t felt heard , was rushed .. was ready to leave this practice . Clara Para gave me hope that there are kind and caring providers still out there . I hope she stays with the Agawam Riverbend
