I told my co-workers how wonderful, kind, compassionate and accurate this Nurse Practitioner Claire was at Urgent Care. She made me feel better and understood where I was coming from.

I don’t know why I even go to urgent care anymore. They never solve anything. I’m left with no answers and their typical line “it’s probably something viral”. After doing little or no medical work. It’s wild how much of a time waste it is even going there.

The doctors were very rude and demeaning. I did not feel as if I was listened to or treated with respect. I don't like being made to feel as if it is all in my head. Will not be returning to this urgent care ever, and will steer all friends and family away as well.

Love Urgent Care's website showing wait time. Got right in and they worked quickly to simply rule out a UTI and were kind and professional. Peace of mind before a family vacation was treated with the utmost understanding.
