From the time I walked through the doors everyone was courteous and polite. I was provided with clear instructions and Dr. Gray showed genuine concern for my condition. She responded to all my messages in a timely manner.

Dr. Gray was very easy to talk to. It was my first visit with her, and I am so happy I have finally found a doctor who I trust and who I feel I can discuss any of my medical concerns with. She spent a long time with me and answered all of my questions. Her medical assistant was friendly and efficient too. I was very pleased with the location, the doctor and staff.

From the moments at check in-To the end of the appointment it was a wonderful experience! Dr. Gray is such a fun, caring provider it was like a breath of fresh air from my old BJC provider.

My first annual visit with Dr. Gray. She listened to my history, my concerns. Dr. Gray didn’t brush me off with “you’re older,” “you’re female,” etc. we made a plan together.

Dr. Gray was very pleasant and professional, as well as, her nurse. Dr. Gray most definitely spent more than fair amount of time with me, the appointment did not seemed rushed, and my concerns were addressed. Overall, I was very pleased!

Both Dr Gray and her nurse were exemplary. I’m so thankful to be seen and heard by women who care. They both seemed earnestly interested in me as a person. That means so much especially to a woman over 60 who feels invisible in most settings.

Dr Gray is a very thorough physician obviously committed to providing excellent care. She had reviewed my chart before the visit and was noticeably attentive to current medical conditions that I have. I am pleased to have her as my PCP.

I’ve only met with Dr Gray a couple of times in person and it is clear that she is more than competent in her field. What’s more remarkable is her compassion and ability to make you feel seen. This is an extremely rare find in healthcare and is absolutely priceless.

Dr. Gray is the best. After calling about how sick I was, they got me in in 45 minutes. They made a note and red flagged me and got to me immediately assessed and made the correct judgment and I’m doing very well now BJC is lucky to have a professional like her.
