Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Gray is outstanding! She reviews your recent tests and your history before the visit , asks pertinent questions, listens closely and asks follow-up questions if needed. I’ve never had a physician as attentive and tuned-in as Dr Gray. I feel well cared for by Dr Gray and her staff.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I received excellent care.

Dr. Gray is the consummate professional. She has always made me feel very comfortable during office visits. She looks at me and not the computer while she is talking with me. I look forward to having her as my PC for many years to come.

dr. Claire Gray was excellent. This is the first time I had an appointment with her. She was very attentive and listen to my needs and was very informative about what I needed to do going ahead with my health.. care

I can’t think of anything that would’ve improved my visit. It was very good. Everyone was very helpful and friendly..

Dr. Gray was extremely kind, compassionate and competent. I feel safe in her care. I am glad that she is my doctor.

Honestly dr Gray if just amazing! I feel like I am being taken care of as a whole patient. She listens and we decide things together with her guidance and expertise

Dr. Gray took plenty of time with me. I never felt that she was in a hurry. She is both professional and personable.

I feel that Dr Gray seems to really care about the wellbeing of her patients. She does listen well & responds in the best interests.

Dr Gray was great. This was my first visit and I was very impressed with her preparation and knowledge of my current medical history. She was very personable and genuinely interested in me as a patient.

I changed my primary care physician to Dr. Gray. My first appointment with her.. She was beyond outstanding - very thorough, knowledgeable and very personable. I feel very lucky to have her as my new PCP. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough positive comments about this location and Dr. Gray!

I appreciate Dr. Gray’s ability to listen, educate and come up with a game plan including the patient. She took my concerns seriously and was willing to trial new treatments including migraine medicine, PT and lidocaine patches for my neck and back pain.

All the office and nurses are very pleasant and professional. Dr Gray was excellent, very knowledgeable and concerned.

I was being established as a new patient of Dr. Gray’s. I found her and her nurse to be kind, compassionate, and thorough to my needs. I have a complicated medical history with trauma-related events, and Dr. Gray is the first PCP to read my entire medical history and asked me if I ever had any triggers to let her know. No other BJC PCP has done that.

Everyone there is kind, caring and efficient. I especially like Dr Gray’s care, listening & great suggestions. She is thorough and insightful. I’m grateful she is my doctor.
