Cindy and Tenley were outstanding. Beth did not introduce herself and needs to [ ] a little more personality into her job. Also your office was freezing cold and the waiting room I was in very [ ]. Why no pictures on the wall? I waited a good 20 minutes in this [ ] room for Cindy who was running late. She was terrific though once she arrived. Office seems very well run and organized. Please add some warmth and color. Thank you.

Cindelee made me feel very comfortable, provided several recommendations, and ordered another test just to be thorough in the follow up visit. Scheduled anther follow up in [ ]. Also, ordered a prescription, [ ], for medication to help with [ ] which is on-going after the [ ]. I look forward to working with The NCH team and getting quick responses using the NCH portal system.
