Dr. Mehlman is definitely an expert in his field. He has the best bed side manner. I love the fact that he directs the conversation to the child with parents as the secondary and not the other way around. He is professional and kind--and we love his cowboy boots! ;0)

Child Life did an excellent job. They were prepared and remembered what we did last time. Ortho Techs were great, especially when they first walked in. The female one was able to ascertain that we (me and Child Life) were figuring a few things out and told her colleague to wait before bringing in the cast saw. Felt we received a thorough exam from the clinician. I appreciate her going into more detail once we got the Knowing Note of PT exercises to do and getting out the putty to demonstrate with it. Thanks!!

This was our first experience with Dr. Jain, and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team. He listened to all of my concerns as a parent and went out of his way to do additional x-rays just to make sure my daughter was/wasn't a good candidate for a certain procedure. We are looking forward to continuing care with him.

I just want to say Thank you to Dr. Jones. Not only did he perform a successful surgery on my son, he was an all around fantastic human. My son was asking unique questions about the procedure and he took the time to answer all of them, laugh with my son about the questions, and even show him things on the monitor to help educate my son and let me "see" what he was saying. What an outstanding human, thank you, Dr. Jones!!

We came for a second opinion because we did not feel heard by the doctor in our community. It was well worth the 5-Hour drive both ways to feel like someone listened and answer the questions that we had. That they were knowledgeable about this issue with children specifically. We did not feel rushed and our provider sat down and took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I understood the long-term prognosis. It was well worth the trip. Honest I know they were also very accommodating to our service dog in training who was restless after being in the car for 5 hours. We really appreciate that.
