Dr. Tamai is the best provider! He is patient, never in a hurry, and he answers my long list of questions with each visit my daughter has with him. We drive 3 hours to see him, and each time we look forward to the visit. His nurse Sharon is so kind and helpful to us. She understands how parents feel, and she is more than willing to help us with anything we need. Dr. Tamai's assistant Angela is also very helpful and kind. When we come to Cincinnati Children's, we feel like we know them, and they know us. That we aren't just another family bringing thier child to see a specialist. We feel like we are important and that matters to parents!
