Check-in process was fast and smooth. Providers and staff members were friendly, kind and efficient! All questions were answered. Dr Roger Cornwall went out of his way and took the time to speak with parent over the phone and patiently clarified additional questions after leaving exam room. He's very thorough and empathetic!

The entire Ortho team was amazing! Melissa Miller took the extra time to listen to my son’s concerns and explain everything to us in a way we could understand. She showed patience and kindness throughout our entire visit. Our OT, Jenny did the same and came to our room for therapy which made it convenient. She was able to relate to my son and made him feel comfortable with treatment plans.

We trust Dr. Tamai with our daughter as she continues to recover from her hip preservation surgery. As parents, we know Dr. Tamai is a very intelligent and capable surgeon. We know she is in the best possible care, and that gives us as parents great comfort. Our daughter likes Dr. Tamai because he makes a point to show interest in her by talking to her personally. That makes her feel important and she looks forward to seeing him each visit.
