Dr. Denning and her team were incredible! We are "frequent flyers" at CCHMC, and this whole experience from beginning to end (starting in April!) was absolutely great. We never waited long, all of our questions were answered, they were helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you!

I liked that the staff explained my daughter's condition in easy to understand terminology. We were able to ask questions and did not feel rushed. All of the staff were extremely nice and able to explain the details of how the surgery is scheduled, etc.

While the news we received regarding my son’s care wasn’t my favorite, and was very different from what the doctors in the ED told us last week, I appreciated the care and compassion they offered and the time they took to explain his plan of treatment.

We felt listened to in this previous visit. Dr. Jones seems open to some of the alternative non-surgical work. We’ve been doing and offers his view each time. We were happy to hear. He acknowledged a more than measurement error improvement in part of her spinal curve since last visit and left that visit feeling encouraged.

The MRI report was released after our visit with differential diagnoses listed not discussed during the visit. The team contacted me promptly to review and provided reassurance which was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Tamai is a wonderful provider. Our daughter had recent hip preservation surgery , and even though this has been a stressfule experience for us as parents, we trust Dr. Tamai more than any other provider for our daughter. His knowlege and experience surpases any other surgeon. We trust Dr. Tamai and feel very confident in his ability to continue helping our daughter improve from her hip surgery.
