Dr. Cornwall and his team are superstars!!! We appreciate how caring he is toward our daughter and her medical issues. He is a great listener and knows how to explain in detail his thoughts on our level. This makes my daughter and us feel at ease at a time that could be stressful. She actually looks forward to coming to her appointments here because of Dr. Cornwell. Thats honestly a great team of people! A++

Attention to detail and nice conversation with my daughter. She got scared and the physician assistant and the other woman in the room helped explain to her each step they would take to place her cast. The ladies that at placed her cast were very friendly with her and asked her exactly how she wanted it and even wrapped her stuffed animal.

We have not frequented the main Children's campus often so were unfamiliar. Everything was so easy and well marked so that finding our way to where we needed to be was super easy. Everyone was very friendly and check-in was efficient. The clinic staff got us back early (unheard of!) and the PA and staff we saw were very helpful. Overall good experience!

Very personable. She took the time to even show and educate my son on how they can tell if he had growth spurt coming up. It was very interesting and she was extremely knowledgeable. Plus, she was on time and got us in and out without waiting long. She was an outstanding provider. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Tamai has changed the trajectory of our son’s life, for the better.His knowledge, surgical skill, and communication on what is needed have far surpassed anything we could have ever hoped for. Our son is doing so much better because of Dr. Tamai.Not to mention, he works so well with our Orthopedic technicians (outta state).

First rate customer service. Everyone was polite and competent. Had X-rays from the urgent care up and ready to go. Didn’t wait long in the waiting room or to see the do doctor. Everything was absolutely perfect except I called first thing on Monday morning and they couldn’t get me in until Wednesday afternoon. That is a long time for the bone to start healing wrong.

From the moment we walked into the facility we were treated with compassion and professionalism. Everyone took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. Ben and his staff were gentle with our 6 yr old son and allowed him to ask questions. Molly who took his X-Ray did an amazing job calming his anxiety and walking him through the process step by step. She even took the time to explain how X-Rays work which fascinated my son. Thank you for your wonderful staff!
