From the minute we arrived at the eye clinic, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! Our visit was so efficient with little to no wait time. The staff answered all of our questions. The doctor even answered all of my son's questions regarding the eye diagrams in the room. He was so curious about the eye and she took her time answering his questions and did not rush him.

Sandra Brook arranged for us to dilate our daughter's eyes at home so that it would be less stress on her and this worked so well. Our daughter has significant developmental disabilities and all medical procedures are difficult for her. Sandra Brook always goes out of her way to make our daughter as comfortable as possible when she works with our daughter.

Everything went very smoothly. Tina was absolutely amazing! Super patient with our five year old and took the time to answer all questions. We had a concern about a process and she explained everything very well. The doctor was also very patient and helpful with our specific questions. Truly one of the best optometrist experiences we have had (and we’ve had many)!
