We waited a little longer than usual. [Patient Name] was exhausted and crying from getting up early. Dr Martinez was great though. She put the wheels on the bus on and [Patient Name] calmed down . He fell asleep before she finished the exam but she said she got enough information.

Dr. Mach was excellent in caring for our little ones eye concerns, not only that, but from the moment we entered the new building, we were greeted with a friendly smile that helped us to registration where we found another friendly smile. We were a little late to our appointment and a little stressed and having a smooth transition and friendly people helping out made for a great experience. I would recommend the new Cincinnati Children's building I'm Eastgate to anyone.
