The nurse and Dr. Brook were both extremely helpful and patient with my very active toddler. It was clear they had experience in being able to manage and complete their exams with age appropriate expectations and things to keep my son entertained. Dr. Brook was very thorough in explaining what she saw as well as what to watch for in the future. overall great experience. Thank you Dr. Brook and nurse!!

Dr. Sisk always makes my son feel comfortable and excited to be there. He plays with him and interacts well and my son is never scared. He is always excited to come see Dr. Sisk. I would definitely recommend family members or other families that I know taking their children to see him. Thank you.

She is a great provider. My son is autistic and our past appointments have been a nightmare. Our last provider did not want to take the time to just work with him. It was lots of holding down and screaming and it was a nightmare Leah is great. Not one tear was shed she got on his level. She went above and beyond. She made sure that he was comfortable and still performed the exam she is great. I would travel the world just to have that kind of experience again her nurses are also great. We love them all

Dr. Hackbarth was awesome. She was very calm and listened to my daughter and didn't rush her, she made her feel heard. She was very thorough while also being timely. The MA that we had was also awesome. She did initial exam and was great explaining the process and putting the drops for dialiation into my daughter's eyes. The whole team was fantastic and we felt well taken care of. Thank you so much!

The doctor took the time to explain to my daughter, the importance of having her eyes dilated, and why she does it, and even pulled up pictures to let her know what she sees when she dials her eyes so my daughter can understand more of why she has to have her eyes dilated.

We have two little girls and have had to go to children's several times with the girls ears (tubes), an emergency visit for a fall and now to get our daughter's eyes checked. We have always been very happy with the care and respect from the staff, but I have to say this particular Visit was extraordinary. I feel like the staff needs to know we are truly grateful for all the love and care given during this visit. Our daughter hates all things doctors. From the moment I parked, she said she didn't like this house and as soon as we walked in the door, she started crying. From the check-in staff to the nurses and finally the doctor, I can't say enough good things about our visit. I wasn't sure how getting a two-year-old's eyes checked would go, but it seems like you all have it down to a T. I just wanted to say thank you again for anyone that we cross paths with that day. I am truly grateful.

I am so grateful to Dr Lauren Diroff for listening to my concerns, diagnosing my eye issue, and taking me through the entire process including strabismus surgery with so much careful attention and skill. I was told by another provider that this condition would worsen and there was nothing I could do. Dr. Diroff took the utmost care in helping correct my vision. She truly is the best!

I wish Dr Coyne would explain my son's prescription in a manner that was easy to understand. She didn't really answer my questions about how his prescription changed. They just handed me a prescription and sent us on our way. It's a little frustrating.

We had a very comfortable experience with taking my child's contact in and out. She was so helpful and she made my husband and I both feel very confident before we left on how to do it. And we were just really thankful for her patience and her guidance. And the staff was also amazing as well. But she also helped us with the glasses and doing step by step on how to order those correctly. And she just took the time, was just very thorough with her exam. And like I said, I just really appreciated her patience and her guidance. She was wonderful and definitely made us feel super comfortable every time we see her. So we enjoy seeing her. We look forward to seeing her.
