Very thorough exam of my child who is nonverbal that addressed all of my concerns. The providers made her comfortable throughout the process. I also appreciate that a child life person was also provided for us during the appointment, who was also wonderful.

Dr. Diroff was amazing with my son! in all of our previous eye appointments elsewhere my son was super scared, upset, and cried basically the whole time, but dr diroff and her team got his exam done so quickly and with ease!

I really enjoyed the whole experience. Children's ophthalmology department is great. They are patient with my daughter. She was diagnosed with Autism, and they were very nice and treated her with respect even before this diagnosis!!

Everyone at that office is amazing. From the check in to exit, the staff was incredible. We have checked in with Ms. Sandy for the last year and she is always a ray of sunshine and very kind. The assistants and staff are so great with my 4 year. Dr. Motley is very knowledgeable, I appreciate that he uncovers every option. He is soft spoken, great with [Patient Name], and very thorough. We are so grateful to have had the experience at Cincy Children's. Even the opt. tech took my daughter for a toy and snack while she was getting anxious while I was talking to Dr. Motley. I would have written this review even if not prompted, you have a special and kind team there.
