We were able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone we encountered was kind and competent in their role. Dr. Hogan took time to explain different treatment options with us. Everyone was respectful to my son.

Everything was thorough and efficient from start to finish. After checking in at the kiosk, I was immediately and proactively handed the next set of paperwork and directed to the appropriate waiting room. Everything was explained to be well. Plenty of activities to keep my daughter busy too while waiting between the TV in the waiting room and Halloween scavenger hunt.

Dr. Rice was thorough, engaging and kind. She talked us through the results of our tests in a way we could understand. We had to wait for 0 seconds once we arrived.
We absolutely loved the greeter at the front who welcomed us and offered us the option to use a kiosk or to register in person. This felt different and better from other registration experiences we’ve had.
My son loved the light up stairs and made sure we went up and down them instead of taking the elevator.
Finally, Minions starting to play as soon as the dialation was done was a real delight for my son.

Dr. Motley listened to my concerns about my daughters sensitivities to the eye drop ingredients which in the past caused her 5 days dilation. He agreed to try a lower dose of a different ingredient which proved to work and her dilation was back to normal in 5 hours. I commend him in his listening skills toward parents who have concerns. I also commend Mr. Justin who was the best assistant who worked skillfully to obtain my daughters exam info through tactical options. He was the best I’ve seen.
