Everyone was welcoming and knew how to treat my autistic grandson. They don't mind it was very difficult to get drops in his eyes. Just a pleasant experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained so I could understand. Even sweating up a follow up appointment was easy and pleasant. Things can be so stressful with an autistic child, so having them able to relieve some of the stressor is a plus! Thank you for all you've done for my grandson!

Dr. and associates were pleasant and Dr. was prompt. Took time to make sure I was comfortable with my eyes and that nothing has changed. I went through alot to be heard that I was seeing double and it took 3 eye doctors to get me where I could drive and be comfortable.

Children’s Hospital is always packed has a ton of people there but the staff does a great job with children and I’ve always had a good experience while I am there. Sometimes you gotta wait a long time, but everyone does well with children and they are respectful and kind.

The end to end experience was positive. Staff & doctor were attentive, covered everything with me. answered all my question. Even in the lobby when there was a question with paperwork, the greeter as if she could help. Understood the issue immediately, called back to the office & all was resolved. A 100% on being attentive, helpful and addressing an issue. Within a few minutes it was no longer a question or an issue! Thank you!

During our visit, the fire alarm went off. We travel from Indianapolis and are not familiar with Cincinnati Children's hospital layout. We had staff from the Ophthalmology unit escort us during this drill. Dr. Diroff and her staff handled it perfectly. We are always so amazed by the care we receive from you all. It is much appreciated!!!
