We love Dr. Brooks! She does so well with my special needs son during his eye exams. She is kind and gentle but firm in her language with what she needs my son to do to get through his appointment. We love her! ❤️

Our experience with Dr. Atoum was great; however, our experience with the tech prior to seeing the doctor was phenomenal. My daughter was nervous going into the appointment and expressed multiple times that she hoped that SHE would be gentle, kind and patient. My daughter was already thrown off from the first moment when she realized the gentle nurse she had envisioned was a man, but he was absolutely perfect for her, treating her with respect and valuing her contributions to the appointment throughout. I have another child who is a frequent flier of CCHMC, so we are very used to the high-quality care we receive at children's, but this experience was a welcome reminder of how blessed we are to have Cincinnati Children's as our home base.

From the moment we walked in through the main entrance, we were made to feel like the most important guests. Everyone was courteous, helpful and smiled warmly at us. Being from Dayton, we weren't sure what to except but we are glad to be part of Cincinnati Children's now. Dr. Mach and the entire Ophthalmology team are outstanding. Excellent care.

Everything really from the parking there is plenty of parking the second I walked in they took my name they got me logged in they were calling me back as I walked upstairs everyone was extremely nice and friendly it was a wonderfully beautiful facility the design and artwork is amazing everything is very clean everyone seems extremely knowledgeable I would absolutely recommend this to anyone 10 of 10 experience
