Everyone was super nice. Dr. Gilbert spoke directly to my daughter when asking questions. Even though she is shy with a lot of anxiety I was extremely surprised when she answered his questions.

Dr. Kacperski is excellent with [Patient Name]. She explains everything & values her input. Botox was initially a stressful procedure for [Patient Name] & now after her third appointment with Dr. Kacperski she is no longer stressed. The staff is polite & prompt each time we come in.

Everything about our visit was smooth, cooperative, informative, the role, timely, with great bedside manner, and our neurologist was very personable and kind. The entire staff was patient and worked with us quickly. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. This helped alleviate so much stress and worry from a very emotional week for all of us. Shannon did an excellent job of listening to my sons thoughts and concerns, and well as mine and my husband's, and she was extremely good and speaking to my son, and well as us, as parents, when necessary, without making our son feel left out. Her explanation re: her justification for the decided course was clear and very understandable for a layperson. I felt that my concerns were addressed well, and I feel that going forward she will take my concerns seriously. I was very happy with the interaction.
