We have been coming to see Dr.Franz and his team for over 20 years. We travel from Bradford PA 16701. I have never felt more heard or understood ( in regards to our son with TSC), by any other doctor. I will never stop having Dr.Franz and his team manage my son's health.

The Neurology headache department has been fabulous to work with. They have exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and have helped my daughter tremendously. The only complaint, is there is always a long wait after we see the provider until the nurse comes into discharge us.

We've been coming to Cincinnati Children's for years and have seen providers in many different departments. Without a doubt, our best experience has been with the Neurology team.
The doctor was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to my daughter in a way she could truly understand. He connected with her so naturally, broke down complex information to her level, and made her feel comfortable and included throughout the appointment. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure she felt heard and understood.
We're so grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and communication we received. Experiences like this make all the difference, and we're thankful to have such an outstanding team caring for our daughter.
