The location was convenient to home. Shannon did an excellent job of listening to my sons thoughts and concerns, and well as mine and my husband's, and she was extremely good and speaking to my son, and well as us, as parents, when necessary, without making our son feel left out. She also did a great job with feedback and information that we didn't know in a manner that we all could understand it.

The doctor was phenomenal, she appeared to take a very thorough history and asked many questions to determine the course of treatment. Her explanation re: her justification for the decided course was clear and very understandable for a layperson. I felt that my concerns were addressed well, and I feel that going forward she will take my concerns seriously. I was very happy with the interaction.

We appreciated the approachability of the front desk people. The doctor himself was approachable, and we felt that he answered our questions. He took the time to hear our concerns and address them. The medical assistant who took our son's vitals was ok, although it would have been beneficial for them to have child life available when taking vitals on a developmentally delayed child. The wait time was within reason. All in all, we were happy with the care we got, the cleanliness of the facility and the approachability of the staff. Our main critique is the if child life was available to help through vitals, it would have made them more child friendly.

He explains things thoroughly and in a way that we can understand and offers treatment options for our daughter’s neurodevelopmental disorder.
