Even with my son being diagnosed with CP, this visit was very reassuring and everyone we encountered was so kind and professional. Dr. Gilbert was thorough and explained everything to us in normal terms. He was so kind to our son and to us. He explained next steps and made sure we didn’t have any questions before we left, even telling us if anything came up later to be sure to send him a MyChart message. He put our next referral in promptly and we are moving to next steps for our son. This was by far one of our most positive Children’s visits to date. The location was also very easy to find and travel to.

Dr. Franz is an extraordinary doctor. His immense knowledge and compassion for his patients goes beyond our expectations. My grandson is autistic, an epileptic and has many other medical problems, but Dr. Franz can relate to him in such a manner that he is always ecstatic to get to see Dr. Franz. He always explains why he makes or does not make changes in treatment. Also, he includes us in the decisions and insures we understand why the decisions are being made.
His staff is also very knowledgeable and extremely kind to my grandson and me.
