Dr. Krueger is so nice and he takes the time to explain and go through all of our questions. We travel from South Carolina and spend thousands of dollars to come see him each year. Definitely worth it to us to see him and talk to him about all of our concerns with TSC. Thank you!!

Dr. Tenney was patient and listened to our concerns. He wasn’t pushy and felt like he was on the same page as us and the safety of our child. Really liked how we got to talk with a psychologist (Dr. Clifford) after our visit too. Dr. Clifford seemed very in tune to make our child feel engaged into the conversations.

Dr. Clark explains everything thoroughly and in language we understand. He always asks our teen to answer questions about herself and asks her questions directly. He doesn’t talk as if she isn’t in the room but rather empowers her to be a part of her medical plan.

The doc made us feel like we were her only patient. She was very kind and understanding. She asked a lot of great questions about things we didn't even know could be symptoms of a sleep disorder for our daughter. The doc was thorough and explained everything in great details. She didn't treat us like we were incapable of comprehending what she was saying. She never spoke down to us. We felt like it was a genuine back and forth conversation. We did not feel rushed. She had an upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor which helped us feel more at ease. My daughter's dad and I cries afterward because we have been so stressed and all we wanted was for someone to listen to our concerns. This doctor did that. And the relief we felt after the appointment just made us release so much tension we had been holding onto. I don't think enough physicians are taught how much listening and validating concerns can make a patient and their family feel at ease. She was wonderful and we look forward to working with her.
