Entire team in room worked well together. Dr Franz introduced his scribe and addressed our son directly. Sara- dietician was very patient and helpful in further educating us. Olivia was in no hurry to hand over AVS until all information covered. Our family is grateful for the ongoing excellent professional care.

We absolutely love Cincinnati Children's Hospital. My son, even being at a young age, absolutely loves the facility, the staff, and of course, he absolutely loves Dr. Fong. She is absolutely amazing, and we actually travel two and a half hours away to come to a facility as nice as that.

I really appreciate the provider listening to our concerns (and agreeing with them) and modifying treatment based on that. He also commented that he appreciated the legwork I did before the appointment (finding out insurance coverage on particular medications) and came prepared to discuss my daughter's treatment. He also asked my daughter's opinion, because of course she has to be agreeable to her treatment plan. I appreciate the team effort so we could determine a plan that everyone thinks is the best way forward.

The night and day difference between care from other providers is profound. As parents we will forever be grateful for such an amazing resource only a couple hours from our home. We not only have a better understanding of our child's diagnosis but feel hopeful for the future with the proposed plan of care to manage it. We felt so defeated prior to coming to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, we do not feel that now. I'm so glad another parent urged us to get a second opinion here and I'm grateful for all the wonderful employees who go above and beyond to make this level of care possible. Thank you!

Dr. Franz truly cares about our son [Patient Name]. He has been [Patient Name]'s neurologist for many, many years. In that time, there have been several medical, educational and behavioral issues that Dr. Franz and his team have helped us navigate. I do not know what we would do with him!! I get tears thinking about how far we have come with sweet [Patient Name]. It's all because of Dr. Franz's constant understanding and genuine compassionate care. We will likely always experience ebbs and flows, but I am confident, I have to best resource in the world for providing care for [Patient Name].
