The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Our wait time was minimal and Dr. Devarajan did an excellent job of explaining everything, taking plenty of time to answer questions, and talking directly to my daughter (who is 16) about things rather than directing everything to me. He made the experience a very positive one!

He took the time to explain everything in terms that a kid would understand. He was very kind and patient and explained everything to the guardian as well so that she understood to be able to relay it to the patient's parents. Highly recommend this doctor!

We really like Dr. Mitsnefes. He is very kind. He includes my son in the appointment and asks him if he has any questions or concerns. He takes the time to address all of my questions as the parent. He is thorough in his character review.

It’s hard to put into words, but when you have received care at other children’s hospital and then receive care at your facilities, you can tell Cincy Childrens “100%” understands what parents and children go through when their child has a complex medical condition, and design things to make the experience as positive and easy as possible. I am forever grateful to the staff at Cincy Childrens. Please continue doing what you’re doing.

Dr. Varnell was prepared for our visit. It was very clear that he has read our daughter’s chart before entering the room. He also read the intake form I had submitted ahead of time. He made my family feel important and cared for.
