Clean office and rooms. Very impressed with the set up of the patient rooms. Staff was friendly. Doctors were friendly and thorough. Quick to get in the room. Phlebotomist was great taking blood from my one year old. Doctor called that same day to go over results which was so nice.

My daughter is afraid of needles, and she didn’t have to get poked, so it was a very good visit. Dr Yaya was wonderful and Dr Niss was very nice too.

Carol was very thorough in her explanations and was very reassuring. She described the safety of the treatment options clearly, and was quite open about expectations for treatments. We did not feel rushed in the appointment at all, and having flexibility to go home and talk about our decision was really helpful. The campus was also beautiful and easy to navigate.

We have had a great experience with the vascular anomalies team. For both appointments we have had we didn’t have to wait for more than 5 minutes before being brought back. The nurses were so good with our daughter. Jennifer is a great provider. We have never had to wait long to see her. She takes her time explaining everything and truly cares about our daughter.

Being at the hospital is not traditionally something you associate with "fun" but the staff and doctors at Children's do such a wonderful job making it comfortable, welcoming and "fun" for the kids. My 3 year old had all day appointments with ultrasound, bloodwork and dr follow-up. You'd think that would have been miserable, but in his little mind it was all a field trip where he got prizes everywhere he went. Even with a somewhat traumatic blood draw (no one's fault), he still spent the evening telling me he "had a fun time at the hostable". I mean...that says everything doesn't it? For the parents, its obviously a different experience of stress and worry...but when you're kids are happy and not scared...THAT'S what really matters to you. Everyone went out of their way to make him feel special and it made a HUGE difference, thank you so so so much to everyone who helps make the best of a scary situation for the families who go through there!!

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital worked closely with Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis to quickly and efficiently have me transported there by an AngelMed Flight to receive special T cells through a clinical trial to help me fight the BK virus after my stem cell transport. Thank you for the professionalism and innovative study to help save my life.

We continue to be amazed by the experience at this hospital. The radiology department and child life were excellent (specifically nurse Robyn and child life specialist Emily and therapy dog Josiah). In oncology, Dr. Pressey and his team are one of a kind. We are so grateful for CCHMC!
