The nurse practitioner and the nurse with her were incredible! So kind and caring! The nurse/ma? who brought us back and provided us with beverages was also so sweet and helpful! Couldn't be more pleased with our visit

The nurse, fellow and Dr were all amazing. Coming from a different hospital it was a great change. All were empathetic and respectful. We did not feel like we were being rushed through our appointment.

Jen Gripshover (NP) is wonderful. She is pleasant, down-to-earth, realistic and a great listener. We are so happy we were placed under her care at the hemangioma clinic and, though I'm sure the other providers are wonderful, we will go out of our way to see her!

Dr. Ricci was truly amazing. We have had two appointments with her and both times were exceptional experiences. She spent time with us, answered our questions, explained everything and provided information while addressing my concerns. We don't mind the 2.5 hour drive whatsoever for this level and quality of care.

I appreciate the staff for being kind and even bringing my other children snacks and pinwheels even though they weren't a patient, everyone was super kind and helpful, my little one was extremely scared because this was her first time giving blood samples and they handled everything well, even listened when I suggested trying her hand to draw blood , thank you

The staff is all incredible. They're kind and considerate and just plain nice. They make you feel welcome and cared for/about. The wait time is next to nothing and with how friendly everyone is (checking on you, offering to get you anything like water etc) you don't even notice or care. Appointments are always stressful, but this is one I know I don't have to worry about. They make you feel very seen.

It's was a great experience! As a new patient coming to your facility, places were labeled very well to get around. When we met with our team of doctors, they were wonderful in listening. We learned so much about my son's cancer and how to move forward with a plan.

One of the most - children have really good doctors and we would like to recognize her, thank her, appreciate her for all that she does. I would like to recognize our provider, Carol. She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. She explained everything in detail and made me feel like my concerns were valid. I really appreciated the time she spent with us. She took the time to explain everything and didn't make me feel rushed. I will definitely be coming back just because of Carol. I would love for her to see this and know she is appreciated!!

Dr. Ricci was incredible. She took her time with us to evaluate my son and explain clearly what's going on. She also listened to me and my concerns, addressing each one. I also want to recognize the nurses. I can't remember their names (there were several) but each were fantastic.

This was a beautiful facility with an amazing staff. Very clean, very kind, very comfortable. My biggest appreciation about the doctor was her recognition on the medical differences of "standardized health factors" and the lack of representation of people of color and how our health differences, whether good or bad, get left out of the health field. I really love that transparency, awareness, and acknowledgment of that in regard to what's necessary for my daughter as a person of color. I love her for that and thank you!

The Liberty way Children's hospital (cancer and blood disease building) was the cleanest & nicest hospital I've truly ever been to. The nurses at the blood disease center were outstanding. They knew my son was young and a busy boy. They offered snacks & items to keep him entertained. Once the doctor came in, he listened & made me feel validated. He seemed to truly care about his patients. My son dropped his snacks and I was very apologetic. The doctor said "we are in pediatrics we see this all the time, it's no big deal" it was 100% the best experience I could've asked for. The nurses and doctor went into pediatric care for the right reasons. You can tell they honestly care about the children and the parents. When it was time for my son to have his blood taken they brought in a woman to help entertain him & explained the process thoroughly. Ive seen a lot of doctors (I have a blood disease and 3 children) in my time & this experience will always stick with me because of how kind they were. They deserve the recognition and I hope they receive it.

We are very thankful for Dr. Ricci and her team of doctors and nurses who have taken such incredible care of my daughters. My oldest daughter is very shy and doesn't like doctors/nurses but everyone was so kind and compassionate toward her. Having snacks definitely helps too!
