They listened, showed care and concern. Expressed their want to be objective and start fresh to determine how to help my son [Patient Name]. Efficient. Fast. Got us in earlier than our appointment time. Got the labs done for the testing right after the appointment and the phlebotomist in the lab did a great job drawing blood from me, my son, and my husband back to back. We had a good experience at this hospital. Also seems to be a great facility from what we saw.

Doctors were amazing and gave great information. They gave me time to ask any questions I might have. With it being through web cam, I often think why we can’t do a virtual visit from home, but I do understand the nurse is there to assess the patient physically too. Thank you for a positive visit.

Love my team CCMC. So professional and helpful to me and my brother with our genetic condition. We have PKU my brother was treated b/c they didn’t know at the time. They treat us well and are professional with any answers we have. Thanks to the genetics, Finamore and the dietitian….whose name I can’t remember right now. As well as the whole dept. Dr. Shillington worked hard to get us an appointment with her to have our variant upgraded to pathogenic. It was such a relief to talk to someone who knew exactly what was going on and could talk through a care plan and concrete next steps. I feel a million times lighter having an answer and a path forward. I am so thankful for Dr. Shillington and the Cincinnati genetics team.
