We always have such a great experience with the GI department at Cincinnati Children's. Dr Bonn is always so thorough and patient with us when we come. She takes the time to ask the questions that prompt patients/families to have more questions. It really makes the whole experience so much better. Thank you all for the care you provide to our child!

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are awesome, very friendly, eager to help. I kept asking myself how is it that all of them are so nice? The place is very well organized with clear signs everywhere, so it's easy to find your way, the architecture and interior design are so much fun and it doesn't feel like a hospital at all! The hospital electronic system works like a well oiled machine, with minimum waiting time and minimal involvementof the patient, which is so rare these days in hospitals and doctor offices. I honestly had the best experience with the medical facility here than I've ever had in my entire life!
