The entire team was top notch and extremely caring from start to finish. My son was heard when he had an issue with nit being numb for the procedure and he was cared for when you got upset about doing bloodwork. They brought in a therapy dog to be with him. Thank you for your dedication to this level of care for our children. It means the world.

All the way from the phone call pre visit to the leaving the garage, it couldnt have been better. We probably had to interact with 4 or 5 teams during this routine visit and everyone was timely, professional, courteous and on their game!

Dr. Vitale and Nurse Angie are always very thorough and my child is very comfortable with them which can be a lot for a kid who's had a lot of medical visits over the years. It feels like visiting family rather than a medical team because of the level of care that they give.

Because I did feel like everyone cared! I might of not got all the answers I was hoping for but definitely fell very HEARD and understood. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing kind sweet. I felt like we mattered. When I was having a hard time accepting I didn’t have a lot more answers. They took the EXTRA time to listen and explain and break everything down for me because the kind nurse that went ABOVE and BEYOND to offer me support on my questions

This was our first appointment so we didn’t know where to go. Everyone was kind and helpful. We received clear instructions. During the actual visit, the fellow spent so much time listening and explaining. The doctor was clear and thorough, related well to my daughter, and never seemed rushed. The nurse explained things even more fully, again gave clear instructions, was very professional and kind. There was a moment of frustration when the fellow wanted to proceed more conservatively, but the doctor wants more testing which will inform future testing, which is exactly what we want. We left feeling hopeful.

The lady that worked the front registry and the registration manager. I can't remember the names. But there was a issue that was not their fault but they jumped in and helped take care of the issue and did every step to make sure it was easy but also taken care of. Seriously meant so much!
