The lady that worked the front registry and the registration manager. I can't remember the names. But there was a issue that was not their fault but they jumped in and helped take care of the issue and did every step to make sure it was easy but also taken care of. Seriously meant so much!

Everyone really went above and beyond! When I was diagnosed with celiac in 1997, it was not so common. Now that my daughter is being diagnosed, and is able to do Telehealth updates, and invited to celiac kid events, I am so thankful for the advances made, and for Cincinnati Children's!

Everyone we encountered was friendly. Dr. Putnam was very knowledgeable and honest about what was going on with my son which was not the experience at a previous doctor. Dr. Putnam's nurse was even very knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. I'm grateful to have them as my child's GI providers
