My experience with my son’s doctor is always top-notch, excellent, never ever feeling rushed. She takes the time like she genuinely cares and speaks to my son like a person. Never ignoring him if it comes to the point where we have to speak, the adults she’s always including him in every conversation so happy with her.

My concerns were heard and not dismissed like they had been at past hospitals. Staff spoke to my son instead of over him regardless of him being nonspeaking. It was a team atmosphere where all staff communicated to best help my son!

Everyone was competent and efficient at yesterday‘s appointment. Our son’s doctor is brilliant and also explained his issues to us while giving us a clear plan for next steps. He was able to speak to our son in a way that brought him into the conversation comfortably. We also appreciate the way that the facility cares for parents by bringing the community and – providing tickets to things so that the focus is not always on the sickness. We appreciate CCH so much!

DR was very compassionate, he explained everything & joked & brought it down to easy to understand terms for my son & he was able to quickly calm my son being panicked over possible tests.... my son usually gets panicked very easily when surgical tests or procedures are discussed, so i am extra appreciative that the dr could sense his anxiety building & was quick to ease his worries so he wasnt stressed over it the rest of the day!

Dr Murray has done a wonderful job from the first time we saw him. From the moment we came in it was the first time I felt like finally someone was listening to me when I said something was wrong with my sweet girl, other then just normal belly troubles. He was the first doctor to take my concerns seriously instead of just putting me off and with each visit I feel like he listens to all of mt concerns.

Dr. Saad was very personable and made my daughter and I feel like our concerns were heard. She also educated us on a lot of things we were not aware of after my daughter’s hospitalization. I finally felt like someone was taking everything seriously which was far from our experience during hospitalization.
Nurse Maria was also great and sat down with my daughter after the appointment to make sure she understood everything and answered all of her questions
