Provider spoke directly to the patient (my child). Instead of berating him for a poor choice he made, she told him how proud she was as that he was making better choices. She acknowledged the struggle that led to the poor choice. He felt supported by his provider & that has made all the difference in his physical & mental health.

I appreciate how the doctor takes the time to answer any and all questions and concerns. He speaks to my teenage son like an adult, and makes sure he is comfortable with the TNE process. My son is calm and confident going into his procedures because of their rapport. I can’t imagine a better experience.

We have seen this provider for years. My son is neurodivergent and has a hard time finding providers he feels comfortable with, but Leslie Fitzharris is one that my son instantly felt comfortable with. She doesn’t treat him like he is “stupid” (his words), takes his issues and complaints seriously, and answers all of his questions.
