I have a 10 rating because the staff at Cincy Children's Burnett Campus is absolutely amazing. From the staff that checks you in, to the nurses that’s take vitals, to the providers. Dr. Tellez is amazing and she is very thorough and very knowledgeable, and has been so helpful through our entire process of my daughters new onset diabetes diagnosis. we always feel accommodated and that the staff here wants to help us in anyway. I would recommend anyone I know with children to come here! We are so thankful for them all!

Dr. Elder is so patient and kind and is very reassuring. She also asked for our input and my son’s wishes on how to proceed. I appreciated that. We were the last appointment of the day I think and it took a little while for them to get to us but Dr. Elder treated us as if we were the first appointment of the day. She gave us her undivided attention and we did not feel rushed at all.
