We have had great visits anytime we use Cincinnati Children's. This is why we prefer to drive for good care rather than use local specialty offices who don't focus on children. Staff is always kind and courteous, and providers explain things on the kids levels. Makes us feel like we are with our local pediatrician. Thanks for another great visit.

She really took the time not only to create a plan of care but also made sure I understood was in agreement, and she told me if the treatment plan don't work how she hopes she discusses tentative plan. Really happy with the care from everyone, child life, RN and resident.

The staff and provider were all very friendly and made the overall experience great. It is nice having a children’s facility in Northern Kentucky for quick appointments to check in with the provider. We look forward to seeing our provider again at this facility in the future after a great experience.

The Nurse who took us back was very kind and listened to me when speaking about the reason for my visit. Our Dr is a patient one & I would love to look forward to seeing her in the future if another visit was necessary. The other Dr who came in to assist was also very kind.. I honestly enjoy coming to this location for the hospitality.
