Yes, Dr. Keller was absolutely fantastic. He interacted with my 2 year old that I had to bring with me and made us feel very comfortable! He explained everything very well and let us listen to our baby's heart murmur. He was all around amazing and so was his staff. 10 out of 10!

The whole staff were wonderful, I would recommend this doctor to anyone that has heart issues. From check in to the doctor and nurse they were very considerate of our child and us with respect and understanding. Thank you for such great care!!!

Dr. Baskar is the best. He has taken wonderful care of my daughter and is very smart and kind. We appreciate him so much. My daughter had a weird heart problem but he has not only provided great physical care but talked to her in a way that helped her to feel safe and confident. She is thriving and he is part of that. She wants to be a cardiologist like him when she grows up. :)

Alexis, the check-in desk, did an awesome job. It was the most fastest check-in we've ever gotten at any facility, especially with being a new patient. She definitely went above and beyond when doing her job. I would definitely recommend her for Employee of the Month or whatever kind of recognition employees you guys offer your employees or the Daisy Award or whatever kind of recognition you guys do. But she did an awesome job and Dr. Teller also did an awesome job too. He was very thorough and did an awesome job answering all of our questions and relieving our worries.

Patient Rep- Lexi is amazing. We love her. She's always very thorough, very professional, very understanding. She's caring. She works well with my child. We're with our schedule, make sure that we're always taken care of as quick as possible. Any questions are always answered. Lexi is amazing. We're so proud that she's a part of our team. Dr. Alexander can't be more happy with his care. He's a great provider. He's amazing. He can do things that I haven't seen other doctors do when it comes to answering questions or us having a concern. Dr. Alexander makes sure that we're well aware that even though he doesn't have a crystal ball, what to kind of expect, what is normal and what's abnormal, what can come up. Very puts us at ease. Doesn't let us leave the office unless he knows for a fact 110% that we're took care of and that we're comfortable with the care and our questions are answered. Wonderful facility, wonderful care, wonderful providers, great staff and team.

We certainly love Dr. Spar and he's been an amazing doctor in our son's life and a friend as well. But just really wanted to acknowledge those two ladies and the care that they give to families.

I just wanted to say we had an excellent experience at the cardiology area with our toddler daughter. She had to get an EKG done and the staff was just amazing. They explained everything. Dr. Anderson was phenomenal in explaining everything as well. Everyone just, they put us, he was able to put us at ease right away saying, you know, whatever was going on, which was a heart murmur, he said that's totally normal, put us at ease for sure. And we were so fortunate to have you right in our backyard. Thank you.

My daughter, [Patient Name], has been seeing Dr. Lang for several years now since her surgery to repair her heart. And following her cardiac surgery, we have seen many specialties who Dr. Lang has worked with to provide [Patient Name] the best care including determine the correct test and procedures. Dr. Lang is willing to answer my questions regardless of being cardiac specific or otherwise. I'm grateful [Patient Name] has Dr. Lang as her cardiologist! Kudos to Katie, his nurse. She's always super friendly and accommodating to all of [Patient Name]'s needs. And [Patient Name]'s ECHO tech and EKG tech (I think Megan) were great too. Everything was on time and ran smoothly. We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked through the door. The receptionist was kind and explained everything in detail. Each nurse we worked with was calm and patient with my scared 8 year old. The echocardiogram experience was calm and my child felt comfortable the entire time. Dr. Keller did an amazing job explaining everything and was so knowledgeable.

From the time we walked in the door to the time we left, our interaction with everyone from the receptionist, both intake nurses, and Dr. Alexander were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and caring. Dr. Alexander was a personal recommendation by my daughters pulmonologist and we will absolutely continue this recommendation for anyone else that may need it. My daughter (and I) finally felt like someone was truly listening and trying to help instead of passing her off with "anxiety." I can't speak highly enough of our wonderful experience!

Dr. Villa and Dr. Villa's whole team was amazing and really walked me through everything that I needed to know and understand. They took really good care of us and I really don't mind. I live an hour and 20 minutes away from Cincinnati and I don't mind at all going there and seeing them and their team every three months. They're amazing.
