From the time I arrived at the hospital until I met the doctor, all the staff were very kind and explained everything clearly, so I was able to complete my appointment without any difficulty. The doctor was also extremely kind and took the time to explain everything in detail. I’m very grateful.

From making the appointment with patient rep Lexie, to the medical assistants, Edith and another (whose name has slipped my mind), to the dr who was so personable and kind with our son (who was so nervous)… my son and I both received such wonderful care. The doctor calmed [Patient Name] so well and explained things in ways we could both understand.

I felt like my son and I were listened to and that they were taking my son's health seriously. I have not experienced this for myself and I am glad my son will have opportunities to protect his health, and learn how we can take steps to prevent poor health as an adult.

Medical team listened intemtly, was familiar with the details of my case history, tests were concentrated into the same day as visit, and everyone I saw was highly professional. Dr Smith and the staff took asbmuch time as needed to answer all of my questions-not your typical flyby. I was treated as a person, not simply another case.

Parking is so much easier now, everyone we interacted with from registration, nurses, x ray personnel, doctors were all friendly and kind. Staff who were eating in the cafeteria as well as cafeteria workers were also helpful in navigating the cafeteria.

Dr Divanovic is very friendly and great with littles! She always focuses on my daughter as a whole and not just her heart or as another patient. She asked about her Christmas toys, what she was coloring, her stickers and even played hide and seek with her when she hide as she walked in. Dr Choudury is also an amazing fellow! She explains things so I understand and she again prioritized my daughter as a little human and not a patient. Singing soda pop with her and coloring.
