Every person we dealt with, from the receptionist, the nurses, the techs and the doctor were super nice! Very caring and helpful! The doctor took time for our questions and thoroughly explained things. Definitely the nicest people we have ever encountered at a doctor's office. The receptionist was above and beyond sweet and compassionate. Very thankful for such a kind group of people and pleasant experience

Dr Heydarian is always wonderful but she was so enthralled by my child bringing a special stuffy with big ears and a child stethoscope and the stuffy matched my child shirt and she thought with my 6 year old having done it all on her own was just so sweet and wanted a picture and even found a sticker personalized just for the stuffy. It was sweet but more importantly, memorable for my child in such a positive way!

Dr. W really takes his time with patients and you can tell he cares. He is knowledgeable and explains the rationale behind his recommendations. Our daughter has felt dismissed by a prior Cincinnati Children’s Provider, but Dr. W listens and our daughter walked away feeling heard.
