From being greeted in reception, to testing, to seeing Dr. Cowan, we were treated with respect and understanding. Everyone understood the worry and met us with reassuring smiles. All of our questions were answered and never once did I feel dismissed or talked down to. We are so grateful for this staff!

Dr. Smith never rushes! He completely listens to the patient, patient concerns, questions, etc. Dr. Smith is able to connect with my teenage autistic son making sure to include him in conversations, etc. re: his healthcare. =)

We love Dr Weyhrauch. He's patient and takes the time needed to make things clear. The nurses are helpful and are really good at their jobs. I don't know what we will do when they get older!

The echocardiographer, medical assistant, nurse, and cardiologist were wonderful. They were all so gentle with our son and kind. They made accommodations to make him more comfortable throughout our appointment. The provider was personable and asked questions to get to know us. She made the appointment feel personable while also providing quality care to our son and giving us all of the information we needed. She took time to outline the following care plan steps and answered all of our questions. We had a very positive experience.
